Great experience from start to finish. I was able to get in within 24 hours, and they were very accommodating with my limited availability, adjusting the appointment time to fit my schedule. Everyone was professional throughout the entire process.
They took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my teeth, the recommended treatment, and what to expect moving forward, which gave me a clear understanding of everything. The procedures went smoothly, and I felt confident in the care I received.
I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment and, hopefully, having a dazzling new smile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Initially, my first visit was pleasant. I first met with Shala who was a really awesome dental assistant. Everyone was really patient and kind throughout my entire visit. Then the clerk Jasmine explained everything with ease as well as pleasantly. And I’m grateful because they definitely made a nervous visit less anxious and relaxing so that I felt welcomed, and they were all very friendly. I Would recommend others to visit Aspen dental at this location because it’s so friendly & professional. I also truly enjoyed Dr. Mickey. She was really awesome and easily explained every procedure and was extremely accommodating. She acknowledged my specific needs for my treatment and though initially hesitant about a new dental practice, they were very welcoming, and I would recommend this service and practice to anyone.

My experience at Aspen Dental Middletow was as good as it gets in dental care. Every staff member was personable, professional and patient. The oral surgeon is awesome. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. I also want to mention that pricing is reasonable in comparison to what private practice dentists in this area are charging. I did my homework in choosing Aspen Dental and it paid off. This is the place to go when in need of dental care.

I am SO impressed with this office. If I could give 100 stars I would. I chipped my front tooth on Monday. They got me in the next day for a consult. I just walked out of the office (its, Wednesday) and my teeth are absolutely perfect. Dr. Plotkin is amazing! Great bedside manner, funny & is extremely talented & professional. Lara who assisted was incredible & so personable. I HIGHLY recommend this Dental Practice.

Was told if I didn’t do and add on procedure and pay out of pocket for it I wasn’t allowed to have any work done. I repeatedly asked if I could just receive what insurance covered and was denied. Was told that I wasn’t allowed to receive a scaling and planing without using Arestin which insurance wouldn’t cover and they tried charging $1,700 for it. I refused and checked the guidelines from the ADA, AAP and even the FDA guidelines for Arestin and while sure it would be beneficial it isn’t necessary for treatment. So essentially I was denied treatment for asking just to stick to what’s covered and refusing to cough up cash to them. I’d consider other options if you’re looking into this place.
