I had to have a cracked front tooth repaired, which was kind of scary! However, the staff was so helpful, so happy, and so friendly. From the sweet receptionist who spent 10 minutes on the phone with my insurance company, to the kind lady who helped me schedule the repair, everyone made my visit really the best it could be. Thank you! I am very happy with the repair!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked Devon from the front desk she made me smile even with how grumpy I was and she got me into a 2 hour appointment less than 2 hours after i called. They explained everything to me in detail and did everything they could to help me with my pain.

The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistants are all amazing, along with most of the office staff. I’ve had a significant amount of work done recently, and it was essentially pain-free. I’m very happy with the results. My 3-star rating is solely due to my experience with the office manager. I was overcharged twice, and while I understand that mistakes and insurance estimate discrepancies can happen, it took nearly two months to resolve the issue and receive my refund. I eventually contacted my insurance company, who identified the billing error. Thankfully, Rhueben at the front desk stepped in and corrected everything—he was incredibly helpful and patient, even while I was understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, the office manager offered little help and mainly made excuses for why the refund couldn’t be processed. At times, it felt very frustrating and concerning. I did escalate the issue to corporate as well. In the end, everything was resolved, but the process took far too long. Dental work is expensive, and when there’s a credit owed, it should be treated as a priority to return those funds promptly.

Staff is friendly fast and knowledgeable. Got me in fast and although the financing is a little high it was nice to find a place that it was and option. Just starting my dental care with Aspen will post more reviews after some of the work is done.😀

We requested that our X-rays be transferred to another provider and physically went into the office to sign the required release forms. Despite giving them over two weeks' notice, the transfer was not completed. Because of this delay, we were forced to pay $200 out of pocket for a new set of necessary X-rays at our new clinic. ***​Surprisingly, the office only sent the original X-rays after my husband posted a 1-star review.*** Additionally, we felt that the office's primary focus was on collecting payment before discussing or attempting any actual dental care. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to avoid administrative delays and unexpected costs.
