I just wanted to say thank you to Brooke. I was terrified of going to the dentist and when she called me to confirm my appointment, she was so sweet and that’s really hard to find these days. She made me feel more comfortable about going in. When I went in the next day, she greeted me with the biggest smile and I thanked her for being so kind over the phone. She made my experience at Aspen Dental so much better. I am thankful to her!

Hands down the best dentist appointment I have been too! Everyone in the office was nice knowledgeable and extremely helpful and understanding of the situation I was dealing with. Everyone was gentle and I left with no more pain or discomfort that I didn’t show up with. I look forward to going back and having them fix my smile! Thanks again guys y'all did a great job!

I had a broken back molar that needed extraction. At first I went to another dentist and all they did was xrays and schedule me for October, 4 months away. I ended up in the ER due go how painful it was and the next morning, I was able to get into Aspen Dental. First, I was pretty apprehsive because I had been turned away before at other dental offices, with receptionists who answered with a I dont care attitude. It was so draining and exhausting. Especially because the pain was interfering with sleep and every day activities. I was greeted by a great receptionist Evie and Kaylee. They are so professional, sweet and they care about their patients. They offered an ice pack for my pain and got me in super fast. Shadow was sweet, intelligent, personable and funny. She listened, gently took xrays and communicated with the dentist to make sure I was seen. Kaylee was able to get me on a payment plan and Shadow worked with her to make sure things ran smoothly. Dr Livingston is a fantastic dentist. The best I've ever had. He was polite, gentle, listened to myself and the nurse, and was very professional when it came to my surgery. Highly highly recommend. Thank you to Alex who assisted with the surgery, your hand was a huge help and tool for me. Thank you for being patient, sweet and personable. Great goodie bag, customer service and dental office. Aspen Dental has provided the best dental experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone who works in this facility has been extremely kind, gentle and understanding. Whether you’re looking for a cleaning, or you need specific help, the team at Aspen dental is willing to work alongside you to achieve the best results you could be looking for. Dr. Livingston and Dr. Sharma have been extremely genial in my experiences with them. If you’re someone with anxiety when it comes to dentistry, you do not have to worry whatsoever in their care! They explained their recommendations eloquently in my initial exams and every appointment after that has been extremely easy. Everyone I’ve met here has had outstanding patient understanding and care. The assistants are wonderful, the hygienist is amazing, and their office staff is punctual and helpful. You can tell this facility leads with compassion, consideration and a caring approach when it comes to helping anyone who is in their chairs.

I went in for denture repair on my lower partial set nothing else, i already have a good primary dentist . I get there and all seems good. I get called back and they wanna take x rays of the 5 teeth that I have left on the bottom. Don't know why I told them I was only there to get my dentures fixed. So after sitting in a chair for an hour and falling asleep I finally get to see the doctor and he discusses with me a few things about it and getting repaired, it should take about 45 minutes. I'm thinking, okay. Cool, cause it was advertised. That starting at fifty dollars will fix your dentures, Cool. And it was a clean break.They just broke right in half.No big deal, easy, fix.They quoted me $281 and I said, absolutely not. Hell no. So I left, the second I leave, they call me, and tell me that I have a $74 bill. Okay, I have double coverage. I have Humana, Medicare, medicaid, and IHN no freaking way. Do I owe them anything for sitting in the damn chair for an hour? And taking a couple of x-rays of teeth that they didn't even need to do.So I would say, find someplace else to go get your tooth work done because unless you have some sort of magical dental insurance you're going to get charged for everything and then some that you don't even ask for. As for everywhere else, that ive gone to, it has not been charged me at all, to have them repaired. They've broke one other time, didn't charge me at all. Because I have good insurance, and certainly not for the freaking x-rays they didnt need cause I was not there to get my teeth worked on.I was only there to get my dentures fixed. So yeah not pleased at all.
