I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The office was clean, organized, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, and everything felt smooth and professional.
Jackie was amazing throughout my entire visit. She was super kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and wants them to have a good experience. Jackie definitely made the visit way better, and I’d highly recommend her! Great dentist and staff. Greeted immediately & seen at my appointment time (I know, crazy right)! They put a plan together to prioritize my oral care and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was upfront and explained. The best dentist visit I’ve had in a while and I did not like going to the dentist until now. Huge relief.

The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They took the time to answer questions about procedures, and they were honest about what problems lower dentures can be when there's no teeth to hold them. Also they explained why nicotine in a persons blood prevents implants from being successful. They set us up with Care credit to be able to pay for the whole procedure, and the first exam with x rays, and 3D scan was free.

This was my first time with Aspen and I knew by the check in procedure I would be cared for. It was very hard for me to go in, all of the staff saw my tears and did everything to make me feel comfortable and actually listened to me. I have a treatment plan in place and I look forward to working with them. Their pricing is also very reasonable! I will be recommending this location of Aspen Dental to anyone who needs a dentist.

I payed in full for uppers and lower with gold..Since day one, when I got my permits dentures was not happy!! They never lined up right and could never fix them right at all. if I could would not even give them one star!!! Went through 5 doctors since then.. they have broken in the same place over and over again.. when it’s time to fix them they always have an excuse why they can’t fix them right!!! They won’t replace them cause of the gold price.. Just know they can’t do what they say or as advertised, plus closed on the. Weekend dose not work when you work all week.. they only have one location in town!! If I could would have not wasted my hard earned money here!!!! Don’t make the same mistake!!!!
