Top notch Dental Facility in every aspect. The manager knows her job and you will see her fill in at the front desk when needed. The techs are absolutely wonderful and professional. The doctors are upper level skill in all aspects. Emergency visits are easily scheduled as are walk-ins. The craftsmanship is that of Beverely Hills when I compared my teeth to known work in Beverly Hills. The entire process for me as an emergency restoration was 10 days which is lighting fast. Thank you for such top shelf cosmetic restoration. I already have close friends who were amazed at the wonderful artistic results. I can't say anything more because this says it all. Or and the price was more than fair.

I highly recommend Aspen dental! From the moment we walked in the staff was amazing. Met with the lady that went over the financial piece and gave us all the options in depth and made us feel comfortable with our choice. I can’t express enough how great she was. When it came time to have teeth pulled, the process was simple and the providers were very nice and explained all follow up care with expertise. Went multiple times for follow ups and each time we were satisfied with all the staff and the results are outstanding. Worth every penny and would recommend going here for all your dental needs.

Two weeks ago on 4/11/26 I developed severe pain related to a tooth. On 4/13/26 it turned into a fever and swelling of my face and gums. I called into the Auburn Maine Aspen Dental office on 4/13/26 and spoke to a receptionist who was very empathic and said she could get me in to see a dentist on Friday April 17th. On Wednesday I received a text message from Aspen Dental stating that my appointment was being moved to May 10th. I proceeded to call and explain the situation and this time I was dealing with a "scheduler" not located in Auburn. There absolutely was no empathy or concern and that due to short staffing there was no flexibility in the schedule. He offered to set me up with a different Aspen office in South Portland Maine. Since it's nearly a two hour drive from my home I declined the offer.
Fortunately, I was able to find a new dentist closer to home and that they could see me on Friday April 17. They diagnosed my problem as a tooth abscess and prescribed antibiotics to deal with the infection.
Suffice it to say, that I will cancel all future appointments with Aspen and cease doing business with them. My wife is also a patient of the Auburn Aspen office and she too will cancel any upcoming appointments. Mike Rancourt

Called office to have 3 teeth removed that were bothering me. Made appointment with Emma who was very helpful but web site says that they have reasonable prices so I confirmed appointment The day if the appointment i get a message that it has been cancelled because the person taking care of me is pregnant and called out sick. So he said we can see you in 2 weeks.i mentioned it was unacceptable because I was in pain and couldn't wait. I called Emma back and she got me in for the next day. Fifteen minutes later received another call saying couldn't see me again. I called Emma she got me in for thst day. I show up there is an elderly man there getting his dentures adjusted . They ask him he can come back mondsy because no one to help him he mentions his appointment has been cancelled 3xs now I believe office manager was very pleasant apologize for the poor service. Here's the best part I gave them 2 sets of xrays they say they need more and assured me I wouldn't be charged (lets see what happens) I see the dr he tells me what I need which is twice as much as the original dentist sd. Doesn't pill any teeth and still in pain.NOW best part if all i walk into the billing dept she shes not pleasant at all not how are you nothing gives me my cost now mind you suppose to have reasonable prices hmm.. not even close $4500 more than 1st dentist. Not only that right away says I need your license and SS number to run my credit . Yea no thank you will have to look at another office dont let them fool you they are much more expensive and will change your appointment at last minute they did the same thing to my daughter three weeks before my appointment

I have heard many bad reviews of this place but I thought I'd try it. After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room I spent another 30 minutes in a dental chair staring at a wall. I finally left and I will not go back. 1 doctor and way too many patients. The woman in the next cubical next to me was also very upset. Never again. This place deserves 0 stars!
