THE BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! I came in for a second opinion on my tooth that was instructed by another dentist for a crown turns out I only needed a filling and the dentist and staff took care of me in a timely manner and were polite and kind. Prices are also very affordable!! 10/10 experience!

I've left only 5 star reviews for businesses before. I've never left a negative review for a business, if I dont like something, I simply stop going. However, I think denture wearers should beware. Their reviews on dental care seem ok, but several of the bad ones are from people who wear dentures. Now i understand why. In my opinion, We simply don't seem very important to them. Its tine for me to get new dentures. I chose them because their signature elite dentures seemed slightly better quality than affordable dentures comparison. Ill never know. I Took half a day off work for a 3pm appointment on 8-11-26 because I live far away. I got there at 2:20, i did not expect to be seen early, i am that kind of early for everything. They had me fill out the paperwork and at 2:40, I was escorted for xrays and put in an exam room at the end of the hall at 2:50 ish. Thats the last person I saw there. I waited until 4:05 then walked out. An hour and 15 mins in the room, an hour and 5 mins. past my appointment time and nobody even poked their head in to say "sorry, were running a tad behind". Nothing. I wonder What would they do/say to us if we showed up over an hour from our appointment time? If thats the level of care they take for their patients, I don't want to be a part of it. So I left. I Didn't cause a scene, didn't complain, just walked out, completely unnoticed. I wonder if they ever even noticed one of their patients was MIA. Ill be calling my insurance tomorrow to tell them the story, so they can contest any future bill, as I will be doing the same.

Seriously the BEST Experience, Dr Nguyen is a great dentist, explains what they will be doing even after the assistant previously went through the steps. He makes sure throughout the process that your comfortable. The assistants all make sure your comfortable and check in with you, Rosa up front is extremely helpful when it comes to your insurance and financial obligations. What a Wonderful Experience 馃専馃専馃専馃専

I'm really glad I chose Aspen. I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist, no shame and very gentle and kind folk, from Ana at the front desk to the hygienists and Dr. Nguyen. I have a good and affordable plan for improving my teeth and I wasn't constantly upsold procedures. Much appreciation.

I walked in to the office on June 20th because my bottom dentures broke. I made an appointment for July 22 9:30 am . I sat in the office until 11am . When I wanted to speak to the office manager she told me you're just here for a yearly exam. I said no I made the appointment for a broken bottom dentures. The time I had been sitting there a man came in he had appointment to get his implants and he had driven a long way to get there. They told him the same thing he was there for an exams. He said no I'm here to get my implants. He said I made the appointment when I was here for this specific reason. The doctor that does that is only here 2x a month he said then why did you schedule my appointment for today? They said he needs an exam. He has no teeth what are they examining? Didn't they do the exam when they made the appointment the 1st he was there? The office manager was rude and basically let the girl at the front desk get all the complaints when it's not her fault. It the office manager fault. Something is up with them telling all the people there for denture work that no doctor is there but we will give you an exam . I told to cancel my appointment I went home and called another dentist and they can get me in tomorrow at 2:45. I had to wait over a month for an appointment at Western dental and I couldn't even get what I needed done
