I had bad tooth pain. The staff in person was great. But their procedural care was absent. I had to request anxiety medication for the root canal I was told I needed. They said no problem. Then after taking from friday to monday to get the prescription, to realize i was just picking up fancy tylenol i didnt ask for, i was expecting antibiotics because i have never taken any for the tooth that was bothering me as well as the medication for my root canal appointment. This left me with no idea what was going to happen with my medication or appointment, but I was told by Rosa that I would recieve a call when my root canal was able to be put on the schedule for the following month. All i received was an email. So I went in-person into the office to ask how I was going to get my pre-appointment medication, I was told they would call me a few days before the appointment for confirmation and it would be send then. Again, I recieve NO CALL and only email and text verifications. Now the morning before I am having an anxiety attack waiting for the office to open because it took 4 days to get my prescription previously. I call and speak to neither Rosa or the main receptionist with the distinctive speech, I do not remember her name, and I was informed that "i know she was making calls last night, you should have got one" no ma'am not to me she did not. I informed her I was going to have to cancel this appointment if I am unable to pick up this prescription prior to the 24hr cancelation cutoff at 12:30. And she assured me she would have the doctor "send the prescription to my pharmacy" So had I not called? So I wait. At 12:15 I was in a panic trying to cancel my appointment, couldnt reschedule or cancel online, couldnt get a phone call through to the office or scheduling line. Mind you I was in a final presentation for my college class while this was happening, so I just had to go back in and wait. I finally recieved the notification from my pharmacy, picked it up. I was given 2 doses to take one the night prior and one dose for one hour prior to the appointment. I go in, get more x-rays, sit down in the chair, asked how long this tooth has been like this and I am told the doctor will be in to consult if he can actually do the root canal. I just said "Ok" because I was under the influence but reg flags started in my head, 'so what am I paying for? I can get this tooth removed for free with medi-cal?'. Maybe a minute later shes back with a stack of paperwork that she didn't even show me saying I was supposed to sign them before this appointment and I was not "of clear mind" to sign them. I did not reschedule. I also did not make a scene about the $75 non-refundable payment I made to sign up for the financing. I really got scammed here. ( I also didn't mention about how the pain I was initially having thay I was given the fancy tylenol I didnt want and had to pay for as well, was another tooth I need a root canal on that I did not even know was infected that I was feeling radiating pain, imploded, would it have happened had they given me antibiotics instead of tylenol? )

Aspen Dental was a very welcoming experience. I went to them after losing my lower denture. I like how they have the dental lab insight. Staff was super nice and called me by name everytime I walked in. Although my situation was more than one visit, the feeling of acceptance and respect was ever present. I was very grateful to receive thier services. I now have a new dentist in town. Dr. Nygen was very professional and explained everything to me very well. I felt like I was in good hands everytime I went there. Love thier financing program, as well. Awesome! 😁❤️

We’ve had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental! Every interaction — from the front desk receptionist to the dental assistants and the dentist — has been wonderful. The dentist was very patient and kind. The entire team demonstrates top-notch professionalism and genuine care for their patients. A special thank-you to Rosa, who has been exceptionally wonderful. She took the time to clearly explain all of our billing details and answered every question thoroughly. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone looking for quality care and a friendly, professional team!

So I have Dentures on top and bottom and yesterday I chose to eat something incorrectly while having dentures. I broke the bottom denture. So I was pretty nervous because it was almost 5:00 but I called Aspen Dental and they were able to get me in the next morning which is a Friday at 8:00 a.m.. very nice group of people was able to get my dentures fixed the same day. Very happy and thankful. Definitely will be coming back

I was thinking they had top of the line denture equipment from the website. I ended up with dentures that I didn't approve of. Was told I get to decide on color and looks. That wasn't the case. It took awhile for me to get this done due to illness I have. What I expected was an amazing job. Nope! My dentures were made without my approval. I paid cash. They do not have updated denture making on site. I had a new appointment that I thought had to do with the ugly dentures. No again. Wanted me to pay for that appointment. If you are expecting a great pair, Don't do it. Very unhappy and misled.
