5/6 - 3rd attempt at getting work done on my son's tooth was a SUCCESS! I give Aspen Dental and their team 5-stars for today. They received my feedback and implemented suggested adjustments that would create a better experience for new clients. When we arrived they had my son checked-in when we walked through the door and took him back right at his appointment time. Staff was kind, attentive, and did service with smiles :) They completed the treatment with 15 minutes to spare and made the entire process as positive as possible. Thank you. It's regrettable it took 3 days to have a positive appointment but the fact that they were willing to hear me out & take quick positive action says a lot about their team!
5/5 - I'd like to give credit where credit is due, first -> the dentist (Dr. Mai), dental hygenist (April) & accounts coordinator (Meek) did business with a smile & cheerful attitudes. Their friendliness does Aspen dental credit.
As a new client, however, I cannot recommend this office to anyone wanting dental care.
5/4 Our first appointment for my 15yo was at 930am. We were on time & had completed the paperwork online ahead of time so as to make our visit as efficient as possible. I'd also forwarded his past panoramic x-rays & confirmed they were received. After 40minutes past our apt time, we had to leave as one of my littles felt sick.
Next day apt at 8am. We were not taken from the lobby until 35mins after our scheduled time. They took their own x-rays.
We sat in the exam room. At 9:37a (1h 37m after scheduled time) the dentist came in. After 10 minutes, she said there's more work than what we wanted done (which we expected they'd find more than we saw), then told us to schedule a new appointment to start getting treatment done 馃槓
ZERO work done on the one thing we came in for - not even a cleaning.
We were then sent to discuss the suggested $8300 treatment plan they wanted us to do vs getting the cavity & preventative measures we were going to take care of that day.
Overall - as someone with a background in business, medical & as a new client, Aspen Dental does not create a good first impression or experience for customers. Not do their actions align with their mission statement.
I appreciate that Meek gave me an opportunity to share my honest experience & insights in a mutually respectful discussion.
With that, I hope I'll be able to update this review with more positivity after my son's appointment tomorrow where they'll be filling the original beginning cavity we'd come in for. For reference, it cost $240 after the discount for just the one cavity - paid in full before scheduling.

I had my deep cleaning on June 25, 2026, and my dental hygienist was outstanding. She was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, and I really appreciated the care she provided. Thank you for such a positive experience! Such a kind, friendly place to be!!!

Such a friendly team! Dr. Skylar Mai talks you through what she鈥檚 doing which is very helpful in relieving anxiety. Even when they鈥檙e busy they ensure good quality care. I got 3 fillins today. I previously had a bad experience with fillins at a different facility, but this one was LEAGUES better. It鈥檚 mostly painless, some discomfort. She is so gentle and careful when providing care. 100% recommend!!!

My first experience here was awesome! Everyone here was caring and understanding. Offered me a blanket and continued to check on my comfort. The Dr. showed me x-rays taken on my teeth so that I could see any issues happening and why. Again, this was a happy and satisfying experience.

multiple trips here back and forth they try they鈥檙e absolute hardest to get you to pay out of pocket for the most expensive service then after a service is done and you try to call up there to get an appointment remade they don鈥檛 ever answer or puts you straight on hold and ends up just hanging up the phone on you. then when you make the appointment online and they call to confirm it, but then after you drive an hour to this location they don鈥檛 even your appointment info correct and then you wait an hour in the waiting room to go back for them to tell you to come back next week because the dentist you need for that specific thing isn鈥檛 in that day but the day prior you literally explain exactly what you were coming in for. DO NOT GO HERE
To add. I will absolutely never use Aspen again in the future. This place is the biggest money scam. I have went to this location three different times now and wasted gas because they did not do a single thing. I got a partial through their loan company and I鈥檝e had it two weeks. I鈥檝e tried making an appointment multiple times last time I made an appointment and wasted gas up here because y鈥檃ll told me I had to come back and see a different doctor so then whenever I come up here today and I asked to refund it y鈥檃ll say oh well since it鈥檚 the eighth and your payment comes out on the 15th for a partial, I don鈥檛 even have its probably still gonna come out. It鈥檚 y鈥檃ll鈥榮 fault that I couldn鈥檛 even get an appointment. And I鈥檓 not gonna get back any of that money so now I have to make sure I have money in my account that way the loan company can have it do not go here maybe if y鈥檃ll would answer y鈥檃ll鈥榮 phone calls and make a schedule for your people who are calling instead of hanging up the phone on them after they鈥檝e been on hold for 15 minutes y鈥檃ll would probably get more money
