I had a great experience still going through the process but so far I found the customer service to be excellent procedures that they wanted to do to be explained properly the financing part of the deal was awesome as well I would highly recommend them. At the continued follow-up I got my teeth pulled yesterday and my partials temporary and everything is moving in a positive direction I find them to be very courteous and professional

My first time being at Aspen Dental was perfect. Everyone was very kind, considerate, and attentive to any questions and needs I had, especially Cari, who helped me check out. She explained everything thoroughly and even went out of her way to ask the doctor a question she didn't have the answer to just so that she could give me the most accurate answer.

Cari was amazing! She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was very patient with my questions, and made the entire visit a positive experience. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Went in today for my root canal hurt a bit (worse part was numbing the roots) but definitely a thousand trillion times better experience than when i had one done at smile builderz and then the crown prep after was a breeze I was in a rush and prissila and dr joshi had me in and out in 20 minutes, Prissilla has like the best most positive energy 馃榾. And we know i can't forget my girl Victoria she's great too馃ぃ. So far my experience with the team at Aspen dental has been a great one and I'm glad I decided to choose them for my dental care!

The overall experience was very pleasant. The front desk staff were also very professional and great at handling and redirecting the hostile customers that came in. My experience with Laney was also very nice! She ensured during checkout that everything was understood, she was very helpful in setting up my next appointments, and was very in-depth.
