Incredible first experience! I had a tooth extracted and it was entirely painless. Dr. Alifiya Barodawalla is a blessed dental surgeon and a born dentist. She was so efficient that the entire procedure took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. This is a clean, modern office with top-tier equipment and a very professional team. Best dental experience I’ve had.

Had a slow start to get things going. That being said I have had a blessed experience. The entire staff is professional, courteous, very informative. I am having complete dentures, have already had my first surgery extractions and post surgery. Looking forward to my continued dental plan. Highly recommended this office in Mount. Pleasant

This is my first experience with AD, so far so good! Pleased to hear they work well with my insurance provider which has been the BIGGEST obstacle in the hunt for dental care.. The 1st visit, exam and gameplay is fairly straight forward. This is bad, This is good, we can fix that with (A,B,C) so it was easy to follow along and comprehend what they're trying to tell you. I haven't had any work done yet, im scheduled for Monday! So not too terrible to get in the chair & their prescription was available before i made it to the RX counter. More to follow.

I was lied to about charges and things were not explained well. I asked for a print out explaining things and all I got was a list of the charges I would have if I went with your company. I asked if that was after insurance and she hesitantly said yes it was. Upon looking at the print out that I was given, I was going to end up being double charged as there was nothing for insurance to be taken off bill. I have Humana and Medicaid and neither of them were going to be charged. The gal waiting on me was trying to get me to sign up immediately but I didn't do that. I will be looking for another place for my business. Also while waiting in the waiting room, there were 3 workers discussing clients and coworkers right there in front of the customers. I was not impressed with your business and will definitely not be recommending others to you.

I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, polite and explained each step. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and presented several options to address my problem. He took the time to discuss them with me and we made a decision together. Once I went to check out, Robin was very helpful, patient and researched several payment options. She was able to find a plan that fit my budget. I was so happy to know there was a way to fix my teeth. Thanks to all of you!
