Dr. Mueller and his team at Aspire provided me with great care. I needed gum / bone restoration work due to my long standing inattentiveness to the proper care of my teeth and gums.
The procedures went very well, with no complications whatsoever. Dr. Mueller and his team are very friendly and professional. They did a great job at putting me at ease by explaining the procedures and outcomes in a very clear and concise manner.
I highly recommend Aspire to anyone who needs top notch care!

After an odyssey of sub-optimal dental care with long term consequences, I turned to Dr. Mueller and my dentist, Dr.Jones, to help figure out the best path forward for my two implants.
I cannot speak more highly of the quality of care from Dr. Mueller as well as his staff.
Dr. Mueller adheres to the highest standards. The high staff morale is evident the moment you walk in and the adherence to best practices and procedures is never rushed and always patient focused.
A shout out to Dr. Jones and the great staff at Timberhill Dental for coordinating my care as well as Dr. Wilson for his excellent care diagnosing the root cause of my issues.

Dr. Mueller and the team at ASPIRE provide a very high quality care! Everybody is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Mueller and his skilled assistants kept me well informed and very comfortable. I almost forgot I was having an implant procedure done!

I have been treated by Dr. Mueller on several occasions. Most recently, he did two extractions with two implants and significant bone grafting.
When I told him before the procedure that I needed to be able to drive after the procedure, he simply agreed and completed his work using just local anesthetic. I never felt any pain during or after the procedure. (I did follow the recommended pain medication regimen.)
My dentist was impressed by the results when fitting the new bridge and called the work meticulous and precise.
His staff was also friendly, courteous and helpful, both in person and on the phone.
While I hope I don't need the type of care Dr. Mueller provides in the future, not only would I request him, but I have been recommending him to my friends.

The office is state of the art and comfortable. The Aspire team was helpful, patient, kind, and overall amazing. Dr. Mueller was excellent. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, answer all of my questions, review the post-operative instructions, and ensure that my expectations matched his expectations for the final result. I was thoroughly impressed with service and care I received from the Aspire team and would highly recommend them.

Aspire Implants and Periodontics is a periodontal and dental implant practice located at 2175 NW Professional Drive in Corvallis, Oregon, with a second office in Newport. The practice focuses on a full scope of periodontics, from dental implants to cosmetic periodontal surgery and gum grafting, and describes itself as conservative in its treatment recommendations, limiting surgery to areas where it is truly necessary. Patients come from across the Willamette Valley, the Oregon Coast, and the Cascades, including Albany, Lebanon, Monroe, Salem, Newport, Toledo, and Siletz.
For patients missing one or more teeth, the practice offers single dental implants, full mouth dental implants, implant supported dentures, and Teeth in a Day, also called All on X, full arch treatment. Supporting procedures include bone grafting, ridge augmentation, sinus augmentation, socket preservation, and guided bone and tissue regeneration, along with anesthesia and sedation options including intravenous sedation. Meet the Doctors
Dr. Thomas C. Mueller, DMD, leads the practice. He is double board-certified in dental implant surgery and periodontics as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. A native of the Willamette Valley, he earned his Bachelor of Science at Willamette University and completed both his dental degree and his three-year periodontics residency at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, where his training focused on dental implants, hard and soft tissue grafting, and intravenous sedation. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and is past president of the Southern Willamette Dental Society.
