The office staff was wonderful Candace was so nice an helpful an so caring. Dr Foster is the best he explains everything an does amazing work . His team is very caring an help me get thru all my anxiety. If you're needing any dental surgery this is the best office to go to. Thank you all for everything you have done for me.

Dr. Foster is a great surgeon and person. He makes sure you are comfortable with the procedure that is being done. He is very gentle with the patient. And his staff is great as well; they all treat you wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Foster and his team to anyone that is needing oral surgery.

Today I had my first visit with Dr Foster and his team at Associated Oral & Implant Surgeons. I am here to inquire , by referral from my local Dentist , Dr Rhionna Miller in Johnson City about getting denture implants, upper and lower. Brittney took me in , did full mouth X-rays and proceeded to explain that Dr Foster would follow. She proceeded to explain the process which is that, Dr Foster would be reviewing my X-rays, and would then discuss options.. She further discussed specific processes including how I would be receiving several options, be given time to study and review my options and determine what I think would be the best route for me When Dr Foster came in he discussed the potential options, and possibilities. He informed me that he would be studying my X-rays in more depth and would develope several treatment plan options for us to discuss at another appointment. I am extremely pleased with this slow approach. Time to think about and to figure out the best option for me personally… One of the things that stands out is that he has a lot of success and it is because of his cautionary approach.. “he would rather do implants the right way or not do them at all” I know I am in the right place and I fully trust in Dr Foster.. more to come as my journey continues… Karen M

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a very traumatic childhood experience at the dentist that has existed for nearly 20 years since which is why I wanted to be put under anesthesia in the first place. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more friendly or welcoming place than this. It may have costed more money than if I hadn’t done anesthesia but it was worth every penny in the end and what would’ve taken hours without it took just over 1 hour with it. Dr. Pickup was very friendly and professional and I feel like a new human being having all of that infection from the abscess & the broken teeth and the wisdom teeth that caused my mouth to be so crowded. Thank you for helping me overcome something that I never imagined I’d be able to do being out to sleep or not and I would do it again in a heartbeat as well as recommend anyone looking for the same service
