**Above and beyond during an emergency visit**
My son was sent to AOMS for an unexpected emergency visit after his regular dentist accidentally punctured the roof of his mouth while unsuccessfully trying to remove a back molar. From the moment we arrived, every person we interacted with was fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. They got us in quickly, examined the puncture, and clearly explained what they were seeing and what needed to be done next.
They not only successfully removed the back molar, but also found and removed small shard fragments left behind in another extraction site from the earlier appointment. Throughout the whole process they were patient, kind, and very reassuring with both me and my son, checking in on his comfort level and walking us through each step so there were no surprises.
What impressed me most was how they made a stressful, last鈥憁inute emergency visit feel smooth and organized, almost as if it had been planned in advance. Their calm, confident approach put us both at ease, and I left feeling genuinely grateful that my son鈥檚 care was in their hands. I would highly recommend AOMS to anyone needing oral surgery, especially in an urgent or unexpected situation.

Doctor made me very comfortable explaining the treatment plan how he is planning to proceed with the procedure. During the surgery also he made sure i feel comfortable and waited here there for me where i was feeling overwhelmed by all the stress. Dr Prasad Bastodkar and his staff they were very patient, excellent and efficient working with me.

Have visited Maple Grove AOMS multiple times for office visits, tooth extractions and implant post placements. Dr. Prasad A. Bastodkar is fabulous. He has a friendly and caring nature and checks frequently to ensure patient comfort. All the other staff has been warm and kind. I would highly recommend this office location!

Everyone at the Maple Grove Facility was wonderful! Very professional and friendly atmosphere. My Dental assistant was exceptional. She made a very nervous person feel comfortable and calm. The office repeatedly checked up on me throughout the day of my surgery to ensure I was doing well.
I Highly recommend them!

My experience at AOMS , was awesome! They got me in on a 4 hr notice and extracted a tooth. Very pleasant and professional performance by all involved 馃憦 馃憤.
They called the next day to see if I had any questions or issues. A FIVE STAR rating for sure. Thank you for making the experience the best it could be. !!
