I was visiting from out of town when my temporary crown unexpectedly fell out during my vacation. I was in a lot of pain and very worried. Unfortunately, it happened after the office had closed, so I had to leave a voicemail.
The next morning, they were able to fit me into their schedule and replaced my temporary crown quickly and efficiently. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and gentle throughout the entire visit.
Thanks to their excellent care, I was able to continue enjoying my vacation—and all the delicious food Traverse City has to offer! Thank you so much for your kindness and exceptional service.

First of all, Cheryl and Brooke make my day every time I see them. They are so kind and open to chatting. Nicolette is amazing when it comes to making sure I feel comfortable and informed with my dental health (she also holds a wonderful conversation). Dr. Hayley Popp is amazing, nice, and a wondeful person to talk with! Dr. Michael Hutchinson made sure to cover the appointment for my wife's invisaline while Dr. Popp was out; and I wasn't surprised to see how awesome he was. I haven't had the pleasure to work with Tiffany, Calista, or Jennifer--but I have heard their patients laugh and saw them leave with smiles. The staff is awesome and it is a good vibe. Insurance reimbursement was scary at first, but I pay up front and the team does the insurance invoicing so I see a check in the mail really quick. IGN, 11/10. Teeth health is important, this team will support you through your journey.

Everything Dr Hutchison said made sense. He and his assistant explained the neuromuscular approach to improving and possibly getting rid of TMJ problems. I cannot stress enough how happy I am to have found him. I have hope again.

My hygienist was a perfect mix of professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Upon arriving and leaving, the secretary was patient and thorough. The office manager was particularly helpful and welcoming. The office had all of the newest equipment which made my visit flawless.

The staff is very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had 2 crowns replaced and I appreciate that everything can be done in the office by competent providers. This dental office uses the most up to date procedures and technologies.
