Dr Bruce is the best Endo Dentist 🦷 I have ever seen. She makes sure you are pain free and comfortable. Made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Definitely see her for your dental work. 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .thanks again staff and Dr Bruce for being so kind, sweet and friendly .

I was recommended to this dental office with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience contacting both offices was very disappointing. I called the Denton office to ask whether Dr. Greene was available, as my doctor had recommended that I reach out. I completely understand that a dental office may need to take its own X-rays before providing pricing, treatment options, or moving forward with care. That was not the issue. The issue was the way I was spoken to during the call. Yessi was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt cut off while trying to explain my situation and did not feel treated with patience or respect as a potential new patient. I also contacted the McKinney office to ask about Dr. Bruce’s availability and had a similar experience with Jennifer at the front desk. Unfortunately, that interaction also felt rude and unprofessional. It is disappointing because Dr. Greene and Dr. Bruce may be excellent doctors, but the front desk experience reflects directly on the practice. First impressions matter, especially when someone is trying to choose a provider for their care. Based on my experience with both offices, I will not be moving forward with this practice or recommending them to others. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable and very disappointing.

Dr. Goodwin and Dr Green are exceptional. Both are very friendly. professional and excellent at their profession. Erica has been very helpful ln explaining things prior to either doctor's examination.

Thank God for placing Dr. Chad Green in our path. I would recommend Dr. Green 100,000% as an endodontist, along with his outstanding staff—especially Michelle. My wife had been dealing with recurrent infections for years following a crown installation. Dr. Green and his assistant, Michelle, cared for her with exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. We are extremely happy with the outcome and truly grateful for their dedication and care. Thank you for everything you’ve done.

I was sooo nervous from listening to other people about a root canal. HANDS DOWNNN. I LOVE DR. GREEN AND LILY. they checked on me throughout the whole procedure. I didn’t feel any pain. From booking my first appointment. They had a cancellation and reached out to come in earlier. Thank you all for your patience with me. I’ll definitely be recommending this team. THANK YOU!! 😊
