April 8, 2026 "I just had the best experience at Associates of Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. My hygienist was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and Dr. Spriggs took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and not rushed. The office is spotless, modern, and high-tech. I finally found my long-term dental home!"
I used to be nervous about dental appointments, but after pain free visits with Drs. McGinty and Spriggs, they and their staff made me completely at ease. Drs. and staff are truly thorough and care about your comfort and satisfaction. My visits have all been positive and pain free. I highly recommend this team of professional

Dr. Spriggs is awesome! I came in on appointment with a chipped tooth and full expectation of having to get my 4th crown. (I’m very hard on my teeth) Bit Dr. Spriggs was able to do some drilling magic without having to numb my mouth, and fill the tooth on the same appointment! NO PAIN, and you can’t even tell the tooth was damaged, it looks perfect! Everyone at Associates Of Dentistry are very friendly, helpful, and professional! Our entire family have been patients of Dr. McGinty, (who has been in practice for 50 years!)since 1996 when I got out of the army and moved to Joplin. He and Dr. Spriggs are simply the best!! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Dr. Springs is very professional while still treating patients like good friends. The nurses are great and friendly. I am very self conscious about my teeth and they made me feel so comfortable. I only have one day a week free that I can have work done and I always have my 2year old with me and they are so friendly to her and keep her company while working on my teeth, as well as making her comfortable with dentist in general. 5 stars easy.

I was very impressed with everyone there. You were all very nice from the dog to the receptionist to the hygienist into the dentist. One of my greatest fears is going to the dentist. But you guys made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel any pain. You weren’t pushy and you understood my concerns and went along with what I wanted to do and when I wanted to do it. And I appreciate all the help that you gave me. Thank you very much and I will see you in a month. Lara.

I’ve been going to this dental office for years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. From the moment you walk in, they take the time to ask how you’re doing and if you’ve had any concerns, never rushed, always attentive. The dental techs are consistently kind, professional, and gentle, which makes every visit so much more comfortable. Dr. Springs is thorough, takes the time to listen, and explains things clearly, which I really appreciate. This office sets the standard for what a dental practice should be, caring, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients. I’m grateful to have found them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
