March 3,2026 I have been a patient at your Kissimmee dental office for two years, receiving routine checkups and cleanings. However, during my last visit in September 2025, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated by your staff. I am unsure whether you have seen the concerns I posted on your website. I received a reply email saying a representative will contact me shortly about my concerns, no reply or call was received. So I am restating them here for clarity… Over the past two years, I have been very satisfied with the checkups, cleanings, and polishing services provided by ATA Dental. However, during my recent appointment on September 22, 2025, I noticed a change in procedure that concerned me. The Dental Assistant performed the polishing before the cleaning, contrary to the standard practice I have always experienced. When I mentioned that cleaning should precede polishing, I was told it didn’t matter. Although I trusted his professional judgment at the time, I later realized that the cleaning should come first to properly remove plaque and tartar, with polishing as the final step to remove surface stains. I would appreciate it if this standard order could be followed during my future visits. Additionally, after my procedure, the Hygienist recommended Clinpro 5000 Fluoride Toothpaste to help prevent cavity disease, informing me that it was a prescription product only available for purchase through ATA. I paid $34.00 for the toothpaste, only to later find that the identical product was available on Amazon Prime for about half the price. This discovery was disappointing. I believe that ATA staff should provide accurate and honest information and take responsibility for what is communicated to patients.

My son was the one that had the appointment today and because I know he had a bad experience at another Dental company I asked him how everything was and he said it was great. He said he felt like he was at a daycare being taken care of versus being at the dentist.. He added that it is such a huge difference and he would never want to go to a different dentist and appreciate the way he was talking care of which made he feel at ease. Definitely would recommend ATA Dental

Want to say Dr Robin and Millie are amazing. They are friendly and patient. They have answered all questions and made me feel comfortable. After my initial visit I was schedule for cleaning and met Carlos and Lucy ( I think )🤔, they too was friendly and informative and gentle during clean and inspection of my teeth. Glad I came here , heard great things and also Dr Robin and Millie’s took care of my mom and was gentle and very patient with her bc she had a fear of dental care. But she did great mostly bc of the their patience and time. Looking for a dental team and office, check them out . I also have to say the front desk team are great and friendly, it’s nice to see a front desk team say good Morning and mean it and acknowledge every one who Comes through the door.

Everyone was so friendly, and made me feel very welcome. Molly was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything so thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this facility for your dental needs.

Ata Dental always delivers, they are a family business with great and knowledgeable employees. My daughter and I have been patient of this Dental clinic for over 15 years and the service remains in good standards.
