I’m comfortable from the moment I walk in the door. My hygienist, Shannon was AMAZING! She took her time and was very gentle. Dr. Neil is always so kind and professional. He answered my questions and did a thorough exam. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

This place is so much more than a dental office. These people care about you, your family, and your life. After coming here for a few years and getting to know everyone I am continually shocked at the level of service they all give. Mandi & Teri at the front know you by name and treat you like family when you come in. They set the tone for the entire team. They are always smiling with their beautiful smiles and happy to see you. Dr Nail and his wife are incredible people. They even went so far as to write a card for me and mail it to my house when I lost a family member. Hanna, Shelby, and Nicole are all so wonderful too. They ask about my job and my family and even share their personal family stories with me. I have been to several dentist and never felt like family like I do with this group. There is absolutely no way there is anyone that can compete with them. Do yourself a favor and use Dr.Nail and his crew. ❤️

My review is no reflection of the dental hygienists or the front office staff, they’ve all been so kind and friendly since I started coming here back in 2015. Any time I visit for a cleaning, the hygienist are straight forward AND professional. They never make me feel less than or differently no matter the state of my teeth health. However, the dentist, Dr. Nail, is the opposite. He came in today with 2 interns to look at my teeth and was making unprofessional, unnecessary remarks (saying EUGH/UGH, Gosh!, do you SEE this tooth?!). I left feeling very embarrassed and upset because of this. I am not rating based on his professional judgment, because I do trust his opinion, however, there is an etiquette when speaking to patients (especially in the presence of interns). The tone he was conveying was that of shame instead of supportive help. My hygienist today was very informative AND sweet. Being kind and making your patient feel like you are there to support rather than humiliate them with your tone is what Dr. Nail needs to improve in. Like I said, I trust his opinion and will be getting the recommended procedures done but with a different dentist. If you are coming for a cleaning and only encountering the hygienist(s), then I highly recommend this place.

OMG !! I cannot express how amazing my experience was today ! It was my first visit and everyone was so kind , patient and sweet !! The Dentist , The Hygienist, the assistants and front office were all excellent. My favorite thing about today was that I had pretty bad plaque and some gingivitis because of my braces and my own lack of flossing but even then I never once felt judged nor did anyone ever shame me instead they educated me in the most kind away possible on how to improve that and also were understanding and never once complained ! Instead they went above and beyond to make sure I received the best and most proper care !! I will highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone !!

I am really picky about my dentists and I’ve tried 5 of them around the Athens area and wasn’t happy until I went to Dr Nail. He is very professional and friendly and I trust him. His hygienists and receptionist are also amazing. They are fun to talk to and always take good care of me and my kids.
