I was referred to Dr. Pumphrey by my dentist and I am so happy that I was! His entire staff are so welcoming and friendly. For a procedure I was nervous about, they made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Dr. Pumphrey did an amazing job on my crown lengthening and made it quick and painless. My gum healed within about a week. I鈥檓 satisfied and very happy about the results! Highly, highly recommend.

Great experience and top notch expertise. I have been excellently educated on oral care from Sam and Dr. Pumphrey. Oral surgery is never fun, but I felt very cared for throughout the entire pre and post operation experience. Thank you!

Dr. Pumphrey and the entire team have been great to me since I walked into the office for the very first time. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Pumphrey did an amazing job explaining the issues, what I needed to have done, our approach to doing so, what to expect, etc. And after each cleaning or procedure, the same level of detail is provided. I've interacted with many of the folks here, and they are all courteous, and welcoming - I promise you, they are cool! I took a chance on this practice just based off of the google reviews, and I have no complaints or regrets. It has been an amazing experience thus far!

Dr. Pumphrey and his team are wonderful! The surgery went exactly as planned and the recovery was quicker and easier than anticipated. They were also available around the clock to answer any questions/concerns I had post op. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Can we give MORE stars in a review? Like bonus stars for above and beyond? For most incredible experience I've ever had as a patient ever? Dr. Pumphrey and his entire office deserve bonus stars, both for the periodontics expertise and results as well as for the experience they create for their patients. On the periodontics side, I couldn't be happier with the results! I was referred here for a kind of scary issue, sudden and rapid gum and bone loss around an old implant site where I had been born without an adult tooth. Now I have a completely new implant and the bone and gums are fully restored! Speed: They got me scheduled SO FAST - fit me in for a consultation the same week I was referred to them, and then the surgery was within 2 weeks of that. I didn't even have to ask for them to escalate timing or put me on a waiting list for earlier appointments - they just treated my issue with the speed it called for. Huge anxiety relief! Quality: in the initial assessment, Dr. Pumphrey fully laid out the facts and the options, with pros and cons of each, so I could make an informed decision. He didn't try to persuade me one way or another, he just provided me with a clear understanding. He made a clear effort to ensure that I truly got it, translating medical language respectfully to a non-medical audience. I'm not great at choosing treatment plans though, so when I asked him for his recommendation, he told me what he'd go with if I were "a member of (his) family." And that's how it felt the whole time working with him and his office - like family. Everything else, from the personal call from him the day after surgery to check in on me to his office staff and clinical team remembering just life things I'd shared in previous visits and following up on them (son, new puppy, etc.), made it a real personal experience, not just a clinical one. Each time I'm there, my spirit is lifted. It's like how you might feel after a really wonderful reunion with a great group of friends. This office, and each person who works there, is like a little dose of joy. If you go here, you won't just have an amazing mouth afterwards. You'll be treated like a person - and not just any person, but like a close friend or family member. I actually look forward to my follow-up appointments here 馃グ
