I had a great experience with Dr. Joe. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff was just as impressive—friendly, professional, and very organized. From scheduling the appointment to check-in and follow-up, everything was smooth and efficient. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment.

I recently underwent oral surgery at your practice, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and supported. The surgeon explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions, which helped ease my nerves. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was impressed by the professionalism, skill, and attention to detail shown by the entire team. My recovery has been better than expected thanks to the clear instructions and thoughtful follow-up support. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. This review is only for the front desk staff and office manager. Had oral surgery here a few months ago. After the surgery i was having some issues and had called them numerous times to ask if what was happening was normal, not once did they answer the phone or return my call. I also called numerous times about them filing the claim with my insurance so i could get reimbursed. No one called back or answered. 2 weeks after my surgery, i had a follow up. At my follow up i spoke to the office manager about no one ever answering or returning my calls. She apologized and said shed “ keep an eye out” for our voicemails. Here i am months after my surgery, i call MULTIPLE times a week and leave a voicemail every single time. They have yet to file the claim with my insurance and have NOT ONCE answered the phone or even returned my calls. Its beyond ridiculous i have to consider taking time off work to drive up there to talk to someone about filing an insurance claim because its been ALMOST 3 MONTHS! Obviously they they flat out don’t care to file considering they already got paid for it.

Not only is Dr. Jo a superb surgeon who delivered amazing results, the staff supporting him is exemplary. From Rachel at the front desk to each person who took care of me over the past six plus months, a difficult experience was made so much better. I especially want to thank Esme, who consistently gave me excellent, professional care and then went the extra mile to provide comfort and support during the toughest moments. Thank you!

I went in for an extraction while experiencing severe pain and anxiety, and Dr Threadgill and the staff were incredible. They were gentle, reassuring, and very attentive. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion.
