Today, my husband had his impacted wisdom tooth removed here, and I felt compelled to leave a review because we were genuinely very satisfied. From the very beginning, the nurses, Sami and Chanell, and Dr. Loetscher were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring, which immediately put us at ease.
Dr. Loetscher was highly skilled, thorough, and clearly trustworthy. He took the time to carefully explain everything and performed the procedure with great care. Nearly a full day after the surgery, my husband has experienced absolutely no pain and is extremely happy with the outcome.
We were especially impressed that Dr. Loetscher personally followed up with a phone call after the procedure. The entire process was well-organized and efficient, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for every step of the way.
Overall, this was easily the best medical experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery.

TOP NOTCH across the board - from the excellent communication and follow-up from the receptionist & scheduling, to the office space, to the pre-op team, to the surgery experience and care and attention post-op, including a phone call later on the surgery day and on Day 3, to the responsiveness for any questions post-surgery and ease of scheduling, follow-up appts, etc. I am not easily impressed with medical offices and Atlanta Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery but I have to say that there wasn't even one opportunity to find a flaw or complaint because they were so on top of everything and operated with the smoothest military precision. Dr. Loetscher has an amazing bedside manner, and was intent on ensuring I was informed and comfortable with what was going to happen during my surgery, including an alternate plan if needed once they got in there. I was so comfortable and at ease and even more so in recovery when I was experiencing more pain and other side effects. I was attended to without delay and without pause until I was discharged to go home. I highly recommend this office and I want to commend this practice for being an example of how medical offices nd their staff should be for their patients. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Loetscher and the team at Atlanta Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
I needed an extraction and an implant on one of my front teeth and the team did an amazing job. After a quick initial consult I was back a week or two later where they were able to complete the entire set of procedures in one visit taking about 3 hours total. The quality of the work is impeccable and the experience was top notch. I was impressed at how little pain there was after the procedures, as well.
Dr. Loetscher has decades of experience and it very clearly shows in the way the practice is operated and in the quality of the work done by him and his team. 5 stars all around.
While I hope I don't ever need more work done, if I do, I will absolutely have it done here.

This is one of the best practices I have ever visited!! Dr. Loetscher and his staff are next level amazing. I had a severe dentistry case with a poorly made old large bridge and would always put my hand over my mouth when I smiled. I was so embarrassed. Dr. Loetscher installed 4 implants which included 2 Zygomatics and my smile is now gorgeous. OMG! Larry designed my teeth just like the picture I sent him and everyone says he is the best in Georgia and I see why. Dr. Loetschers' patience, expertise and care are nothing like I have really experienced before. The entire staff are so professional and want the very best for patients. Sherry, Lauren, Mary, Casey, Kyra, Maria, Larry, and all the front staff folks and other nurses are terrific! You will love this place. They can do things with dentistry now that will blow your mind. I love this practice!!

The surgeons, nurses, and staff at Dr. Loetscher’s office provided me with an amazing experience during my wisdom teeth surgery. I felt comfortable and informed through out the entire process. The nurses were very patient in guiding me through the day and answering all of my questions. After the quick surgery, I felt very confident that I understood the steps to my post-op recovery thanks to their help. Later that day, Dr. Loetscher personally gave me a call to check in on my recovery. I don’t know many other surgeons who take the time to do that. If you’re looking for an efficient, calm environment with a personal touch, I can’t recommend this office enough!
