The office atmosphere is welcoming and efficient. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. Ashley at the front desk is an absolute gem. She patiently walked me through my insurance, answering all my questions with a smile on her face. Dr. Ramsey and his dental team are equally fantastic. I highly recommend Atlas Dental to anyone needing great dental care.

I recently had an issue with scheduling. My appointment (scheduled months in advance) was moved without clear communication, and I only received one vague message that didn’t indicate the urgency of the change. When I tried to give feedback and ask for better notice at least a call and email the day before—the receptionist became defensive and rude, telling me I should have called or emailed them instead. The manager, however, was very kind and helpful. The team in the back seems great, but the front desk coordination needs improvement. Poor scheduling and unprofessional attitude made the experience frustrating.

Been going for 4 years multiple cleanings, fillings, two crowns no problem with staff and dentist. Excellent Customer service. Very understanding common sense people.

This is the BEST dental office i have ever been to.(51 yo). I have never had a cleaning on the first visit. It s very clean and welcomes to a clean experience. They are quick and thorough and have the personalities to match. I was referred from a friend and will keep referening anyone that mentions dental to me.. Thanks Guys !
