I am beyond impressed with Auburn Periodontics! I transferred here after my Periodontist retired.The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Hahn is amazing and very patient. I love the fact that they explain everything they are doing. I recently had a surgery and had to call the after-hours number. They called me right back and got me situated and checked on me the next day. The level of attentiveness is great and a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this practice.

The office was very clean. Deborah and the physician were both kind and professional. It was unfortunate because I could tell he had been stretched thin that day with poor scheduling. Communication with the office was difficult at times as calls often went to an automated system, and responses took a while. I had my appointment scheduled for weeks, and although they offered an earlier slot several times, I couldn’t take it since I was coming from two hours away and had already rearranged my work and class schedules (Not easy in grad school). Unfortunately, I was double booked, and the physician had to alternate between me and another patient. What should have been a quick consultation stretched into two hours, forcing me to cancel and request a refund so I wouldn’t miss another commitment scheduled that day. This office came highly recommended by my dentist, whom I trust, so I’m still undecided about returning. I just wish the scheduling and communication were more organized and transparent. I would have appreciated a heads up about the double booking since it would have saved a lot of inconvenience.

When I needed additional work, my dentist recommended Dr. Matin. He had patients driving to Auburn to see her, that's how good she is, and at the time she was just opening up here in Columbus. Dr. Matin is, quite simply, excellent. Plus, everyone she hires is as good as she is: confident, calm, caring, and extremely competent in their work. Summer, my hygenist, answers every question and is an excellent coach in dental hygeine. Details matter! I highly recommend Dr. Matin and her staff.

This place is amazing, not only do you receive great quality service you are greeted by name and with a smile. The doctors and staff are very accommodating to your needs. It’s a painless practice with great music. The music is upbeat and makes you wanna do the two step!!! I am very proud of my implants and other dental work performed here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Auburn Periodontics in Columbus, GA is a first-class facility with friendly, intelligent, and highly skilled professionals who listen carefully and work to address and correct any dental concerns you may have. Dr. Britany Matin just performed my Periodontal surgery and everything went flawlessly. Highly recommend Auburn Periodontics!!
