Ive been going here with pretty serious dental issues for a few months. Dr. Baldau really seems like he cares about my wellbeing and has been super friendly and so has most of the staff I've interacted with. On the downside is the place is disorganized, you can recieve different timeliness and prices when you talk to different people. If you call and it rings too long they send you to a call center thats not on-site and they gave me inaccurate information more than once, when I talked to the dentist about it they mentioned that it sends you to a call center and that they dont know what they're talking about and will act like they do and they often give inaccurate information. So they know its an issue but it still persists which has been frustrating at times. One other issue i dont love is that they will straight up harass you about confirming an appointment, they call you in the middle of the work day and its super annoying. I made the appointment, I dont need you to harass me about if I'm coming to an appointment I scheduled. If youre that worried about it send a reminder text and charge a no show fee and call it a day. That being said, if you have questions its better to just go in person and ask so you get the best information, the staff are friendly and empathetic and I've felt like they really care about making me feel comfortable. Despite it not being perfect I will continue to come here gladly because I feel like they treat me like a person and not a dollar sign. I dont feel talked down to as a woman or as a young person like I have at other places, and I dont feel like they're judging and shaming me, I would recommend them to friends and family, but I would also keep in mind the whole call center thing.

I went in expecting a routine cleaning and was instead told I needed a deep cleaning, despite being told I had no plaque, tartar, cavities, or clear signs of gum disease. When I asked for clarification, I did not feel the recommendation was clearly justified or clearly explained with measurements or imaging. There was significant pressure to move forward with an $800 deep cleaning, along with additional add-ons like fluoride and an oral cancer screening. Because I declined, no general cleaning was performed at all, which was disappointing. Additionally, the office would not transfer my iTero 3D scans to my orthodontist, which created unnecessary inconvenience and additional cost. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than patient care. I would recommend asking detailed questions and getting a second opinion before agreeing to treatment.

I cannot recommend Dr. Baldau and the team at Audubon dental & implant center highly enough ! Dr Baldau has a remarkably gentle, compassionate approach that instantly put me at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions , and customized a treatment plan that delivered beautiful natural results. He is precise, thoroughly details every step of the procedure ,and checks in frequently to ensure you are comfortable. Dr. Baldau has the best chair side manners of any dentist I have ever been to hands down!! If you are looking for an expert dentist who genuinely cares about your confidence and comfort , go see Dr. Baldau

All of the staff here are very nice and thorough and great at explaining things. I really like the two dentists that have treated me for different things. I feel that my care has been very thorough, honest, and specific and has gotten my teeth and gums back on track. I feel like I'm in very good hands here and have gotten the best possible dental treatment. Definitely glad to make this my regular dentist. Highly recommend.

This is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to in my entire life EVERYONE was extremely nice . The young lady who x-ray my teeth was gentle,nice ,sweet kind and the actually dentist was AMAZING told me everything she was doing and what could all happen. I HIGHLY recommend
