When my previous dentist closed their practice, I was understandably nervous about finding someone new. I wondered if I’d receive the same level of care, professionalism, and kindness that I had come to expect.
From my very first visit, Dr. Caffroni and his entire team exceeded every expectation. The outstanding Google reviews are well deserved—I can honestly say they lived up to everything I had read and more. Everyone in the office is welcoming, genuinely caring, and makes you feel like part of the family.
Not only do they provide excellent dental care, but their pricing is also fair and reasonable. I researched and visited several dental offices before making my decision, and I’m incredibly glad I chose Dr. Caffroni. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

FIVE STARS for Dr. Caffroni, his staff, ease of scheduling, the office ambiance, parking and location!
I have visited Dr. Caffroni several times for adjustments to my obturator and clasp tightening and have had excellent outcomes! He is amazing! An obturator is a very specialized oral prosthetic that replaces my left upper jaw and closes the big hole in the roof of my mouth where a tumor was removed to enable me to speak and eat properly. I explain this because I don’t trust just anyone to adjust this expensive and complex prosthetic. But Dr. Caffroni has earned my trust.
The office is at a good location with easy and ample parking at ground level. The clinic rooms are modern, bright and cheery.
Dealing with the front desk staff on the phone or in person is always such a pleasant experience. They are incredibly friendly and will help in any way to make me more comfortable. They make sure I know the cost of appointments and procedures beforehand and if they don’t know something, they will find out. And they remember to call me back!
Dr. Caffroni’s manner is warm and welcoming and he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable right away. He has excellent knowledge of obturators and I have always been satisfied with his adjustments. And from me this is high praise as I have very high standards. If you live with something in your mouth 24/7 it needs to fit perfectly.
I would highly recommend Austin Dental Implants!

When I first visited here, I originally wanted just cosmetic work only but Dr.Caffroni constructed a treatment plan that saved my teeth, removed a dangerous infection in my jawbone, and has started a restorative journey I’m looking forward to. His staff is wonderful and I would not have been able to get through my surgery without his Assistants and Receptionists showing the sweetest patience towards me. If you need dental work you should come here ❤️

I want to express my enormous gratitude to the entire team at this wonderful dental office!
Everything started from the moment I called — Lili helped me schedule my appointment, and when I arrived, both Lili and Adriana were at the front desk to warmly welcome me. They are both so friendly and professional, immediately creating such a comfortable atmosphere!
During my appointment, Dr. Caffroni together with assistant Kim performed a professional implant cleaning. Kim is simply amazing — precise, attentive, and creates a sense of complete calm and trust. The work was done at the highest level!
At the end of the visit, Gracie helped me go over the future treatment plan — she explained everything clearly and thoroughly, without any pressure.
A huge thank you to Lili, Adriana, Dr. Caffroni, Kim, and Gracie — each one of you made this visit a true pleasure! Highly recommend! 🦷✨
