27 year old adult here. I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here on 2/16/26. Dr. Zarrog and his team are amazing!
The whole process from start to finish was so smooth. They were careful with my impacted teeth and kept checking on me throughout the healing process. The staff members I've interacted with are friendly, attentive, and comforting. Dr. Zarroug has a wonderful bedside manner. (Bonus: my extraction team let me keep my teeth and gave me a cute tooth-shaped box to keep them in.)
I would recommend Austin Oral Surgery (and Dr. Zarroug specifically) 100 times over. You can trust them to take care of you. :-)

Dr Quaroni took great care with my tooth extraction and made me feel at ease during the entire process. Everyone at the practice that I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t wish a tooth extraction on anyone- but if it’s what’s necessary, I’d recommend this practice.

It took me while to get this review out, but it was something that I've been wanting to do.
The staff here was so kind and efficient when I was going in to get my wisdom teeth extracted! Dr. Najy K. Zarroug explained the process to me and reassured me that this is a routine surgery for him.
Post-surgery, the nurses and staff were so kind and helped my boyfriend and I with the post-surgery recovery process.

Every aspect of my experience was fantastic. Scheduling was easy and they were able to meet my date requests. The reception and billing staff were all very polite and attentive. Most importantly, the surgery itself was straightforward and recovery was quick with both the Dr and assistants calling a few times to follow up and ensure things were healing properly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Quaroni and his staff were wonderful for each process in the removal of my tooth and its replacement with an implant. He was clear in his explanations of the procedures and post-op care. He closely monitored my comfort and overall wellbeing during each appointment. Great care for the patient from everyone there!

About Austin Oral Surgery
Austin Oral Surgery's Central Austin office, located at 711 West 38th Street, is part of a Central Texas oral and maxillofacial surgery group with roots going back decades in the area. The practice focuses on surgical solutions for tooth loss and jaw health, including dental implants, All-on-4 and full arch treatment, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery. Patients in the North Central Austin area can expect a surgical team trained specifically in oral and maxillofacial procedures, which differs from general dentistry offices that only refer out implant surgery.
The Central Austin location is staffed by board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, including Dr. Andrea L. Quaroni and Dr. Najy Zarroug, who see patients together at this office. For people who have lost several teeth or need a full arch replaced, the team walks through options such as traditional implants and All-on-4 supported dentures, aiming to restore chewing function, appearance, and facial structure. The office is open Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, and is one of several Austin Oral Surgery locations serving the greater Central Texas region.
