I have alot of faith in Avanta Ellensburg.
They are courteous, efficient, professional and pay great attention to detail.
I get my routine cleanings done there. However today I had an extraction, bone graft with mesh, and a filling completed.

Everything went very well and I was given thorough instructions on what i can and can't do for the next few days.
They wrote me prescriptions and scheduled my followup appointments, all with a smile.
AND BEST IF ALL, they accept VA payments and referrals.

Gina was amazing with helping find my insurance and schedule my appointments. I really appreciate how seamless she made this for me. Trish, made the x-rays less uncomfortable with great conversation and just being attentive. Dr. Elperin seemed to give me as much information possible, while still making sure I could understand what was needed and what his plan of action was going to be. Dr. Elperin also paid very close attention to my medical history and current medications. I would recommend Avanta Dental to anyone who might be hesitant to going to the dentist or who hasn’t been in a few years. Each and every one of them made this a great experience. Special shoutout to Nicole, if you have to be numbed for a procedure, she is who you want doing it! Truthfully I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort.

Nicole & her hygienist teammates, the dentist & office staff provided the best care I'd received in several years. As a fairly regular 6 mo visitor to dental offices it was interesting to note her, Nicole's, gentle technique.
Out of the complimentary dental "gifts" provided, one wasn't my style preference & I was able to donate it to another needy individual.
I appreciated everyone's sincerity and the cooperative team effort.
Once again on a recent follow-up appointment for repairs I again observed the cooperation of all.
I still require further buffing/ polishing because several rough uneven zones remain which I've already scheduled for assistance.

A very pleasant visit. The receptionist was friendly. The dental assistant was thorough and informative. The 3D scan they did on my teeth was particularly cool! Something I have never experienced before. Dr. Ferguson was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain everything he was doing during my exam. I am looking forward to continuing my care with Avanta Dental!

Advantage takes VA patients. I needed new dentures. They kept telling me that VA hasn’t approved my teeth for finalization of housing to lock them into the implants. I called the VA and the final payment was made in December, it is now February. They were trying to extort more money out of the VA or me. I told them that since they lied to me, there’s no trust. I will go else where. Two other dentists said that the dentures they gave me, is the lowest grade made. It costs me 2K just to get them to fit into my mouth. Please if you are thinking of using Advanta, Don’t!! Go to Yakima.Any where besides this shady excuse for Dental facility. They should be ashamed for treating Veterans so badly!!
