I went into AVOS for dental work but felt like I was at a spa, such a great looking interior and the staff was welcoming and friendly. This was my first experience here and I do have a follow up appointment which I'm not dreading. I had my consultation and was then presented with my plan which included cost of services. After acknowledging I proceded to have two root canals and I must say there was actually little to no pain. I would definitely recommend AVOS for dental work if you need a change or specialist.

Unfortunately on my first appointment, I arrived here upset due to my previous experience elsewhere and the X-ray tech was so kind and brought me water and tissues. I was embarrassed, but where your breaking point happens is largely out of your control. Everyone was very kind and informative that day. On the following appointment, for the actual procedure, my experience here was great! I instigated a laugh or 2 with the dentist and her assistant, which aided me to feel relaxed. The procedure went very smoothly and seemed to go quickly as well. I had zero pain. They explained everything well, before the procedure and answered all my questions. They also explained what to expect and do for my aftercare and printed it out for me. I still have the remaining appointment for the recheck. I feel very confident about their procedures and will be returning for any further dental surgery needs. Also the financial department worked with me to get the insurance through to the correct places. 5 stars !

I was quite impressed. First of all, there are so many dentists whose presentation is terrible. Their offices are old and rundown. This office is pristine. It's clean and beautiful. Secondly, i saw Dr Ana, and what a pleasure that was. She was professional, kind, non-judgemental. She wasn't willing to just take my money, but wanted to do what was best for me. Her assistant, Pablo, was fantastic. So professional. The gals at the front desk were also professional & working rather than being on their cellphones (like other offices I've been to). They actually greeted me! They wanted to make sure that my insurance was in order and that was quite helpful. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE at Avos Dental!! 100% recommend.

My 19 year old son was only in town for a week and needed to get his wisdom teeth out urgently as one was breaking through and causing pain. Of course it was over a holiday weekend so I left messages at 3 different places and only heard back from AVOS. They called me back before 8 am on the first business day they were open. They got him in same day for x-rays and got him scheduled 48 hours later and did an excellent job. The staff is so helpful and informed of the whole process. We were given a treatment plan, and they called and went over it verbally as well as sending it over by email. Literally everyone we dealt with was amazing. All our questions were answered and the whole procedure as only about an hour. Dr. Anastasia Haupt was second to none. Highly recommend this office! This Mama is grateful and impressed!! It’s also a beautiful and state of the art facility.

Our entire experience here has been top-notch. The staff is helpful and communicative re paperwork, insurance, and logistics. Dr. H put my daughters at ease as he explained with professionalism and humor how their wisdom teeth extraction surgeries will go. Thank you for a human, positive experience!
