I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I went in for three separate visits, and each time I was told something completely different about my situation. Despite multiple appointments, no actual service or treatment was ever provided.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. I made the effort to contact the office several times with questions, but no one could give me clear answers. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, yet I never received a single follow-up. My concerns were essentially ignored.
Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and disorganized. Instead of receiving care or clarity, I left feeling like the focus was more on money than on helping patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy dental care

I recently had an appointment at this office, and I must say I am extremely satisfied with my experience. My first interaction was with Chris, who helped schedule my appointment. He was very professional and helpful.
On the day of my appointment, from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionists were both very sweet and friendly. Once I was called back, I had the pleasure of meeting Johanna, who was absolutely phenomenal. She made sure I understood everything, made me feel comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable.
Next, I was examined by Dr. Elephant, who was very friendly and took the time to address all of my concerns. He clearly explained my treatment plan and made sure I understood the next steps.
Lastly, a special thank you to my hygienist, Amy! She was very kind, took her time during my cleaning, and educated me throughout the process.
Overall, my experience was a 5/5. I have future treatment plan in place and i am looking forward to returning. I’m so glad my cousin recommended this office—it checks every positive box when looking for a clean, professional dental office that you will definitely feel comfortable.

A couple years ago I had some work done at the dental. lounge. I only got my teeth cleaned. For $140 width insurance paid in full. We did not schedule for me to get no more work done I was thinking of getting my gold teeth Taken out at this place I talked with this guy on the photo below. I did not give him permission or get no work done. He still bill me $14000. For not doing no work I will never go to this place. Or recommend this offices to anybody, and if I know somebody's that is coming here, I will personally let them know of the treatment with billing regardless of the good work.

I wish to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the treatment I received from the manager currently in charge of the reception area. I underwent a dental procedure consisting of two crowns and a scaling treatment; for this, I was approved for financing in the amount of $7,000.00, which I have been diligently repaying. Before the dental work was completed, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $1,300.00. I requested an explanation from the manager regarding this charge; since my English proficiency is limited, Ms. Jhoana very kindly assisted me in translating my inquiry. I explained to the manager that I already had an approved financing plan in place—which was covering the procedure—and noted that it seemed strange that my health insurance provider had *also* been billed $4,000.00 for the same services. Adopting a discourteous—and even mocking—attitude (seemingly due to my inability to speak Spanish), the manager told me that her records contained absolutely no information regarding this matter, thereby demonstrating a distinct lack of courtesy and empathy toward me. Ultimately, the situation was clarified—it was confirmed that I did not owe any additional amount—and the dental work was successfully completed. However, I remained under the obligation to provide them with a letter from my insurance provider confirming that the $4,000.00 payment had, in fact, been issued by my insurer. I returned approximately two weeks ago with the documentation proving that my insurance had indeed paid for the same service; yet, the manager—speaking in an annoyed tone—insisted once again that she had no record of my health insurance having paid any amount whatsoever. She appeared quite agitated. I requested to speak with Ms. Jhoana, who was fully aware of everything that had transpired. The manager's assistant informed me that Ms. Jhoana would be unavailable for about 20 minutes, to which I replied that I would wait for her. Ten minutes later, the same assistant returned and told me that she was very sorry, but that Ms. [Jhoana]... Jhoana told me she would take 2 to 3 hours—something I found very strange—yet just two minutes later, I saw Ms. Jhoana approaching me, acting very kindly. All of this was caused by the manager, who is racist. When I explained to her again that I had the necessary documentation and that my insurance had already paid, the manager—adopting a rude attitude—told me that if a refund were to be issued via check, it would not go to me. Furthermore, she insisted that I had to track down the check number issued by my insurer—a task that actually falls to her to handle, as she is supposed to assist the client. She should have called my health insurance provider herself to verify the documentation. At no point did I request special treatment; I simply asked for respect, clarity, and a proper explanation regarding the payments that had been made. Given this attitude and negative experience, I cancelled the appointment I had scheduled for a follow-up dental check-up. I do not recommend this place; they have an intolerable, dismissive, and unprofessional individual running the center, and I was treated with a complete lack of respect.

Very disappointing experience. I went in for simple cavity fillings but was suddenly presented with a bill over $1,000 without clear explanation upfront.
They pressured me to pay on the spot and made me feel like I couldn’t leave unless I did, which was extremely uncomfortable.
Afterward, they changed their explanation about the charges, which only added to the confusion.
On top of that, the dental work was not done properly — one filling is too high and painful to bite, while others are overly sensitive.
Lack of transparency, poor communication, and questionable quality. I would not recommend.
