Dr. Ben Baldwin has been our family dentist for years. My teen boys like him, and he's always very kind.
Today I had a wisdom tooth pulled. I had extreme anxiety but Dr. Baldwin lined out a treatment plan, and pulled it with zero pain and I didn't even know it was out! I was so relieved! Tonight I am home and comfortable, minimal discomfort. He warned me at my age, (44) wisdom teeth are harder to extract and recovery takes longer, but so far so good. Thank you to everyone at Baldwin dental for treating me with kindness and dignity despite my fear.

Best Dentist in town! Very clean environment, wonderful staff, made my dental experience very enjoyable!(you don鈥檛 hear that often) They made sure I was comfortable and was concerned about what I wanted to do instead of them just doing what they wanted.(I was able to save a tooth) I also was able to get on a payment plan and have successfully completed it! Ever since I came I have came back for a cleaning and received the same respect as I did the first time I stepped through the doors! VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL!

Always have had a great experience here. My hygienist Jamie is always very personable and nice.

Very nice staff in the whole building! I have really bad dental anxiety (crazy to say because I鈥檓 a dental assistant myself) I saw Brooke first AMAZING!!!! She made sure I was comfortable before she did anything. I seen Dr. Ben next and same with him made sure I was comfortable and they actually listened when I told them what I needed and wanted done! 10/10

Update:
My husband went and spoke with the office manager today and she actually apologized and made things right so that is greatly appreciated. The other office ladies could learn a lesson or two from her about customer service and how to treat people. I mean the ladies didn't even apologize only the office manager did which is greatly appreciated the respect she showed and did everything she could to make it right. It makes me feel better about referring people to Baldwin because the dentist is great and seems he has at least one person there that is good with customers.
I want to say Dr Ben does a great job but I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOURSELF ON A PAYMENT PLAN IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. if you do get on a payment plan and pay your account off early make sure you tell them to take you off the payment plan system because if you don't they will still charge your card on file even if there is a $0 balance due and they won't rectify the problems they cause you with your bank with overdraft fees or anything else they will just cut you a check for the amount that they shouldn't have charged you. They don't want to keep business it seems the ladies are rude and try to say they told you something they never told you.. I even asked them if I was good now that I paid the balance early and that I won't be charged anymore and they told me I was good and I wouldn't be charged anymore. So I don't by any means understand if the account shows $0 balance due even if you are on a payment plan how they can still charge your card on file for a bill that has already been paid.... I used to recommend Baldwin to all my friends and family but after this experience I'm going to think twice before recommending them .
