This was the best experience ever! I always have a rough time at dentist but they made me feel so welcomed and seen. They made sure I was comfortable said it was okay if I needed breaks and even told me what they were doing every step along the way. I left extremely satisfied and for the first time I wanted to go back to a dentist. A comfortable and welcoming experience with extremely nice people.

This is Howard Roosa : I just had a deep cleaning done by Malissa at Balmoral Dental. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. Malissa is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I had a pain free deep cleaning and I am definitely staying with Balmoral as long as Malissa is my Hygienist. Super Job! I would also like to thank the receptionist for the detailed explanation of costs and appointments.

Been going here for a couple of years since I moved back to the area from being stationed in Norfolk, VA. I went in for my 6 month checkup, and I asked if I owed anything and the receptionist stated I owed $130+ dollars. I explained my insurance covered all my cleanings and the receptionist stated they no longer take my insurance. I asked why they no take my BCBS and she stated she didn’t know and I needed to pay for my cleaning. I asked why they didn’t call me and let me know prior and that they were out of network. She stated it is not required by policy to call patients and let them know in advance they are no longer in network and will have to pay out of pocket l. If I wanted my teeth cleaned today, I needed to pay. I then ask if they were going to tell me prior to my cleaning that they no longer take my insurance. She said all bills are paid after service. If I was to not have asked, she would have not told me and I would be out of pocket for anything they would have done that day. I explained that I would not get my cleaning done there From this point forward and they should have called me as a courtesy and told me that my insurance was no longer taken by them. I would recommend going somewhere else for my dental care. If you are like me and my family that are on a fixed income, then you need a dental office that is reliable and professional. There are too many good and better dental offices around the area to go to a place where they don’t put their clients first.

This review is well overdue and well deserved. The office staff especially Melissa, my Dental Hygienist and my dentist. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The office and exam rooms that I entered were very clean, which was of upmost importance. The overall feel in office is professional and welcoming. I have been with Dr.Angela Fennel for over 24 years. Her staff has always been amazing. Gina has been my “go to” since my very first visit and I couldn’t ask for better care than Melissa. Since Melissa has been there the health of my teeth has improved 100%. Thank you Dr. Angela Fennell, Gina and Melissa for your exceptional care!
