Oh my word, I don't even know where to begin. First, the office manager, Paula made everything so easy. She is the reason I chose Bay Area Denture...she is wonderful...but Dr. Jean Pierre Rwigema is the reason I'm grateful I did. He is so approachable, and made sure he answered every question I had...even when I didn't know what to ask.... As a minister of the Gospel, I appreciated the fact that he allowed me to pray for him before he got started, and he was so patient with me through the whole process. He didn't make me feel like he was rushed and he gave me his full attention. Serena, Dr. JP's dental assistant was incredible....(and her nails were on point! :) ). The next day...today...SUNDAY... they called to check on me!!! Who does that?!?!? I was happy to report that I didn't and haven't been in any pain. I can whole-heartedly recommend this amazing place to anyone and everyone. The entire staff is just fantastic!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly and communicated clearly about what was happening, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Big shoutout to Danielle for getting me set up and organized right away, and to Amanda for taking care of me during my appointment—she was completely on top of everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell this team really knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Today turned out so much better, Ms. Jenna was EXTREMELY AMAZING! I had so many questions and concerns on how to find out about new coverage with my husbands policy. She was so patient, kind, and considerate the entire time. Thank you so much Ms. Jenna you are greatly appreciated ♥️

Dr Gloria Michelle Amsili she was very polite, very understanding and made my adjustments on my dentures where they were not hurting me anymore. Very nice person. Paula Jonsson very understanding and polite person. Also, she is resolving my problems and listen to me about things that were not going well with me and made me understand certain things very helpful.

Bay Area Dental made it efficient and easy for my mother’s denture process. Jenna , and the team made my mother satisfied and comfortable. I’m so glad I was referred to take her there. I would highly recommend Bay Area Dental center to any of my friends and family. She had no complaints thank goodness, as for the last place was a nightmare for her. Great experience here!!!
