I had a tooth extracted, under any circumstances not a fun thing! A competent and friendly staff, really interested in their patients well-being.
Courtney did a pre-surgical interview and explained how the visit would go and what would be done. She also assisted the Doctor through the procedure. Attentive and helpful she competently addressed my concerns through the process. She and the Doctor made a great team through the surgery!
My experience with Dr Jakubowski was excellent. He was confident, personable, and capable! He clearly explained what was going to happen before he started. While doing the procedure, he would comment on his progress and what was happening. It was actually comforting to be aware and understand what stage he was at, what's next, and where he was toward completion.
When you call it's Kimberly or Paulina who you first talk to for an appointment and questions - both were friendly and knowledgeable. They were the same in entering the office patient -focused, friendly and available!
It is really the way you would want to be taken care of! Thank you.

I was an absolute basket case going to get a wisdom tooth extracted. It was hard to hold back my tears. I was so so nervous. I had two dental assistance who were really awesome and reassuring me. However, I was still scared to death. After the doctor numbed my mouth the waiting for him to come back in was the hardest part. I had convinced myself he would have to cut it out and then stitch it back together. He came in with a very reassuring smile And told me not to worry I would only feel a little pressure And it would be over. To my amazement, it couldn’t have taken more than 30 45 seconds and he said all done. I was truly truly amazed and in shock of how quick he had that tooth out. Never have I been to a dentist They could even come close to surpassing what Dr. Jack did. I truly want to thank the staff and Dr. Jack for every thing. They were all truly amazing.

I love it when the people in your dentist's office are friendly, pleasant, happy and truly seem interested in your experience. Getting an implant isn't necessarily a fun event but when the team at Bay Center for Oral and Implant Surgery provided a relaxed welcoming experience, it makes it much more pleasant. Everything went smoothly and relatively quickly. I didn't experience pain during or after my implant. The Drs assistant Haley was a pleasure to work with! Dr. J called me the day after personally to make sure all was well. I much appreciate their service and highly recommend them!

Dr Jesse jakubowski was very professional and told me what was going to happen. He did a great job removing my two teeth. I had very little pain the hours after the surgery and no pain the next day. I would highly recommend him for dental work. I was very happy with his helper she was very friendly and helpful

Can't give enough stars on this review! Had an great & incredibly easy experience with Bay Center. Dr. Jakubowski was informative, professional and did a great job, my recovery has been easy. Haley who assisted with my procedure & the rest of the staff were also awesome! Definitely recommend this team for any of their services.
