This was the worst visit at a dentist I’ve ever had. I went in to have my teeth looked at and worked on and my cleaning which my insurance covers 100%. They did x-rays and the dentist came in, barely opened my mouth and looked at my mouth and the next thing I know they’re telling me they would have the people from the front come and go over a treatment plan with me. First of all, how is there a treatment plan when the dentist didn’t even barely look in my mouth and is going strictly off of x-rays. I’ve been to the dentist multiple times and have never had this experience. It was more like I was a bother being there and I don’t understand why I got treated this way. I have a great insurance for dental work and when they came into give me my treatment plan which was without the dentist even examining my mouth it was gonna cost over $200 my portion because they told me I needed a deep cleaning and they wouldn’t do a regular cleaning without that first. Regular cleaning is paid at 100% and of course, my deep cleaning only 60% is paid by the insurance. To me this is just a scam to get more money from me instead of treating me like a valued patient. I have been there before and have praised them, but this was the worst experience ever. It will be my last time there! DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING!!!

The doctors and staff are very professional and caring. I've had some major dental procedures performed and their primary concerns are my comfort (no pain) and complete dental plan. They work very well at laying out a plan whether it's short term or more detailed like dentures or implants.
Highly recommend Them for all dental needs.

I recently had an appointment at Bayside Dental, and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and made sure I felt comfortable waiting.

Bayside Dental is a bright, clean establishment with pleasant, caring, experienced, professional staff. Every question was answered as I asked. Equipment was state of the art. I was pleased with this visit and hope to continue with this dental office.

Got my wisdom teeth pulled here, and not only is the price so reasonable but the staff is absolutely amazing. They handled me with care and listened to my concerns. My extraction went perfectly and I 10/10 recommend them!
