Amazing professionalism, caring helpful dental technician. Kind, competent. Excellent cleaning, clear description of procedures, patient with my questions. Root canal here & help fixing things, I trust their honesty. Front office dedicated to providing best experience they can for patients. So incredibly grateful. I love going to the dentist now! Health care is hard to work in these days. Sometimes rushing happens with any office. They show up with their best even if they have to rush. Sometimes we need to be patient with any health care office as well. Hope we realize how many balls they are juggling. Compassion and curiosity all around goes a long way.

The staff at the front desk are very nice and the assistants,hygienists were so very helpful and caring. However, I was quite disappointed with the doctors bedside manner. I went into the office with a horrible toothache, I was in so much pain, I assumed my toothache would be first priority. The doctor would either start treatment immediately or at the very least offer me something for pain to get me through the weekend, he could not do the root canal needed until Monday and I was in the office Friday desperately seeking help. The doctor barely said two words to me,even stuck the bad tooth with his explorer as if I felt nothing. He made me feel very uncomfortable and uncared for. He walked away quickly without any concern for my pain and didn’t even discuss how to comfort me temporarily. I actually had to ask the assistant why he didn’t discuss anything with me, nearly in tears at this point so she kindly said she would see what she could do. I’ve never once felt so miserable that I had to request antibiotics or pain medication, which was literally the reason I was there. I’ve had similar symptoms in the past and my dentists first priority was to get me out of pain by starting treatment immediately or at the very least prescribe appropriate medications to get me through a couple of days. I was shocked after this visit, in worse pain than when I arrived and feeling completely uncared for by the dentist. Everyone else working in the office were incredibly kind.

I had a wonderful experience at Baystate Dental of Springfield. They were quick and right on time. No waiting long periods of time. Everyone was super friendly. I was seen by Cheryl for my cleaning, She was amazing. Personable and kept me informed all the way through and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend her.

Are all those pretty happy with the service? All of the representatives at Bay State dental are very kind greeting you! The dental techs make it very comfortable for you making sure you understand each step through each process and very happy to answer any of your questions and concerns that you may have. I would recommend Baystate dental to anyone in need of dental care!

Had another 6months follow up for a another clean up today .They call me in quickly waited less than 5 minutes awesome dentist provider very polite and kind. Clean and sanitize facility they treat u with respect and dignity I recommend them to anyone. Thank u for ur care u guys are awesome
