Just had my wisdom tooth pulled today by Dr. Carlyle. What a pain free experience and VERY PROFESSIONALLY done. No pain and was out before I knew it. All of the staff is so professional and make you feel so at ease from the moment you walk in. I’ve had bad experiences at the dentist before but he takes time to talk to you ,learn what your experiences have been in the past and then talked to you about the different ways of sedations . What a class act!! I recommend him and his staff for dental work of any kind! This dentistry is basically a one stop shop. Thanks Dr. Carlyle and staff!! Great job!!!!!

The Hyg’t was fantastic and sharing each treatment needed and very sweet. Dr Carlyle was great and easy to explain procedure and treatment. What a warm and very professional practice with great knowledge. We are very happy with the entire visit. We will definitely refer others to your practice.

Dr. Carlyle and Beth (front staff too!) Are thorough, caring and made my first appointment great. Going to the dentist is never fun but they made me comfortable, explaining the processes along the way.

I had a cap come off a root canal and am fairly new in the area so I didn’t have a dentist yet. I found them on Google, they had good reviews and they could see me that same day. They were able to re-glue the cap but let me know it wasn’t an ideal solution and to keep an eye on it.
As others have commented, everyone was very nice and professional. The offices are clean and comfortable, I got the feeling they are a capable and on-the-ball team so I set up a new patient examination appointment to do the full checkup. I would recommend

We are new to New Bern and are happy that we found Bear Town Dental. The office is clean and they use the latest technology. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Doctor Hand, the dental technicians and all the staff were nice and professional. Excellent work.
