Bearable dentistry is great, especially with my young kids. They are very patient and take the time to explain to my kids what they are doing. The waiting area is also set up very well to keep kids entertained. I also get my teeth cleaned at Bearable and they are very thorough and gentle. Absolutely would recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dental office.. After waiting over six months for a routine dental cleaning, my appointment was cancelled by the office and rescheduled for another date more than six months later. When that appointment finally arrived, it was cancelled again because the hygienist was sick, and I was forced to wait another six months. By the time I was finally seen, the hygienist criticized me for not having had a cleaning in over a year and a half, completely ignoring the fact that these delays were caused by the office’s repeated cancellations. During the cleaning, the hygienist stated that the procedure needed to be rushed and finished within one hour because another patient was scheduled immediately after me. The entire appointment felt hurried, stressful, and careless. The ultrasonic scaler was used at an uncomfortably high frequency, producing a sharp, intense noise and vibration that caused significant discomfort. Following the appointment, I experienced severe ear imbalance and vertigo that made me dizziness and spinning. These symptoms lasted over a week, requiring treatment with the Epley maneuver. A medical doctor informed me that my symptoms were consistent with recent exposure to strong vibration near the head, which I believe was related to the aggressive ultrasonic cleaning. Overall, this practice demonstrates poor scheduling management, lack of patient care, and disregard for patient safety and comfort. This dentistry was great in the past, but over time the service has become worse and worse, and the decline in professionalism is very noticeable.

Our family has been going to Bearable Dentistry for quite a while, and they have been excellent hygienists and dentists. They work very well with children, especially during procedures that can be scary for kids (and grown ups). I am particularly grateful that I have never felt pressured to have any unnecessary work done. Even after moving to Pullman we continue to go here because we have well taken care of.

Awesome first visit. I had gone in for 2 crowns. I was pretty nervous ( for no reason)! Very friendly and caring. Dr. Sept was super gentle and explained everything very well. His Dental assistant is super sweet too. I went in this morning for my permanent crowns planning on being there for a while. When I walked in the door at home, my husband said “how come you’re home so early”? My appointment was only about 20 minutes and I was on my way home. Love my new teeth!!
