I had a wonderful first visit! I sought out a local office, rather than a ‘chain’ and I am so glad that I did. From the initial phone call to set up my appointment, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They explained the process and were upfront with costs/insurance (as you can be, it’s all variable). The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. My hygienist was amazing! She explained everything in an easy way; talking me through each step and what was going to be happening next. The dentist I saw was friendly and explained things well, as well.
The entire experience was great and I’m lucky I found this office!

The warmest and most friendly dental office EVER! They even have a “Comfort Menu” which includes warm blankets, neck pillows etc! My hygienist Tiffany immediately put me at ease, and explained what she was doing as she was doing it-and my comfort was paramount. If you’ve ever had a negative experience with a dentist, this office is for YOU!

I went to pay my balance so that I could get an appointment. I am a college student who works part time and have to pay for materials pertaining to my class. When I was able to go and pay they took my money and gave me an appointment.. then called me the next day to tell me that I had to pay out of pocket when I have dental insurance. This was unprofessional and unethical. I feel like I am being chastised because I didn’t pay when they wanted me too. Sent me text messages showing that I could pay online when in all actuality I couldn’t. Why take my money 40 dollars and still punish me.

The best / easiest care like I used to get 30 years ago in Dearborn Mich . Hard to find that kind of care today in the world today. Thank you Dr. Shreves and Joni.

The practice also includes Dr. Rebecca Shreves, DDS, who completed an AEGD residency in Charleston with a focus on comprehensive care.
