Awful back office that can't bill correctly and wastes loads of time. I had a tooth extraction that went fine. I asked the office to pre-run insurance prior to the appointment, which they did, and they told me how much would be covered and what I would owe. I paid this amount in full at the time of the visit. A month later I get a bill for almost double what they quoted me after having used my actual information with my insurance co. Turns out they take no responsibility for their mistakes in billing. I spoke to someone who told me to contact my insurance and they would wait for the result of that. Also false. They went to claims while I was waiting for insurance to get back. A good dental office would (1) know how to get an accurate insurance quote (2) only share amounts due when they were accurate (3) take responsibility for their mistakes (4) do what they say they would do.
The doctor I had was fine, but the lack of capability on back office and billing leads to inflated bills, inaccurate information, and lots of time wasted. Stay away!

I highly recommend Dr. Esther Rhee and her team at Beech & Reid Oral & Dental Implant Surgery for their friendly exceptional professional service. I highly praise the entire process, from the first call to the pre and post-op follow-ups. The whole process was easy, thorough, and well-organized.

My wisdom teeth removal went smooth! IV anesthetic made the procedure extremely fast (from my POV). Very little swelling, no pain whatsoever (from days 1-5). The only thing that I hate is not being able to eat everything right away but that's expected. Dr. Rhee and team did a great job!

I would like to thank the whole staff for their outstanding care. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed under full anesthesia, and my recovery has been going very well. After 24 hours, I feel great with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent service, qualified staff, reasonable prices, try to have dental plan pulled for coverage. Evaluated, booked and went under wisdom teeth removal within 1 week. Would totally recommend!

About Beech & Reid Oral & Dental Implant Surgery
Beech & Reid Oral & Dental Implant Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with an office at 464 East Calaveras Boulevard, Suite B3 in Milpitas, California, located just off Interstate 680. The Milpitas office is one of three locations, alongside Sunnyvale and San Jose, and the practice describes itself as serving patients across the south part of the Bay Area and northern San Jose, including Santa Clara, Fremont, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Berryessa, East Foothills, and Alum Rock. Dental implants are a core service here. The practice explains that an implant post is permanently secured into the jaw bone, stimulates the bone to help maintain its strength, and can also be used to support a permanent denture, which it calls a full-arch restoration.
Beyond implants and full-arch restoration, the Milpitas office offers wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, impacted canine treatment, corrective jaw surgery, tooth extractions, oral pathology, facial trauma care, and pre-prosthetic surgery. The practice states that anesthesia and sedation options are available so patients can feel comfortable and at ease during procedures, and that the Milpitas location uses 3D scanning to plan surgical procedures. Its stated mission is to help patients live healthier lives with a warm and caring environment from the initial consultation through the final follow-up. The Milpitas office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
