Dr. Dimova is such a caring, detail-oriented dentist and truly had a positive impact on my oral health. She fixed all of my old fillings and has a really gentle hand. I had a filling piece break off from my Invisalign treatment but she noticed it before I did and fixed it right away. I can’t recommend her enough if you want a watchful eye on your oral health. Shoutout to Dr. Dimova for her positive attitude and upbeat personality!

After a very negative experience elsewhere, I visited Bell Harbour Dental, and the difference was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, Sharif at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made the scheduling process smooth and ensured I got the earliest possible appointment, which I really appreciated. During my visit, Ismael took the time to ask detailed questions about my dental routine and any concerns I had. The clinic’s equipment is modern and advanced, my X-rays and scans were done very comfortably, with no pain, bruising, or bleeding. Mary, the hygienist, conducted a thorough evaluation of my teeth and was exceptionally kind and gentle. When I shared my previous experience, she was very understanding and handled everything with extra care, making me feel comfortable and reassured. After reviewing everything with Dr. Dimova, they explained clearly that I did not need a deep cleaning, only a few cavities and a routine cleaning. This honest and transparent assessment was such a relief. Dr. Dimova was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to walk me through my results, and patiently answered all of my questions without rushing. Overall, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and transparent. There was no pressure, no hidden agenda, just genuine patient care. I truly felt respected and well taken care of. I highly recommend Bell Harbour Dental to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality dental care.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist are very friendly and helpful. I have pretty damaged teeth and they keep it real with me without making me feel guilty or embarrassed about the state of my teeth. I appreciate what they've done to help me get back on track to have a healthy mouth!

Dr. Domova and Sarah have been great. They are precise to get everything from color to bite correct. It was a relief to find someone who takes my insurance plan and the office staff dealing with what’s covered and what’s not is tricky at times.

While the assinstants and hygienist are kind and personable, the actual dentist feels like she doesnt listen to you. I dont have cavities often, but the 2 times that I did she "had" to inject me twice. Each first injection she missed the proper spot to numb the lower lip (because its the same nerve as the teeth). I dont know if she panicks or pushes the syringe too fast but i end up gargling/ coughing on the bitter solution both times. Anyways i ended up getting some nerve damage. Here's to hoping the pain and tingling in my throat and right side of my tongue go away after been seen by urgent care. Maybe ill update the ratings.
