I picked this dentist after a friend recommended Dr. Cohen and his team and I’m so glad she did. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years and needed some work done and every time I come here the experience is always wonderful to the point I’m happy to be at the dentist. The front desk staff is always welcoming, professional, kind, and helpful to everyone. The office is always clean and comfortable. The dental assistants are skilled and quick and so nice. And Dr. Cohen is the best dentist- he is so personable and friendly, explains every diagnosis and procedure thoroughly, and is very in tune with his patients paying attention to any signs of discomfort. I recommend Bella Dental to any and everyone!

Bella Dental in Oxnard is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt very welcomed . The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely kind which makes such a difference when you’re in a situation like the one I was in… in so much pain I was unable to hold back tears. I was truly taken aback by the sympathy and warmth they showed me. Dr. Cohen is incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. The office is very clean and runs on time which I haven’t encountered at past dental offices I have been to, so this is greatly appreciated! If you’re looking for a dental office with a team that goes above and beyond Bella Dental is the one. I’m so glad my friend recommended them, I highly recommend them as well!

I was referred here by my colleague. I came in as a new patient needing a normal cleaning and an overall exam. The assistant Paola or Paulina? I forget- but she did my full mouth X-Ray. She definitely knew what she was doing, she avoided placing the film in uncomfortable areas and making sure I was not feeling any discomfort through it all. Although the front and back staff care was exceptional, if I could give 10 stars to the dentist, Dr. Cohen I would. This Dr. is very soft spoken, gentle, and is very thorough with what my treatment plan was. I ended up only needing a partial crown, which he explained was also called an "onlay". He believes in saving a tooth's natural structure and preserving as much as we can. He educated me on preventative care and after care for everything, Dr. Cohen wrote a prescription for the infection in my tooth, no pain medications were needed for me, but he offered anyways. He was able to squeeze me in same day to get everything taken care of - he has great professional chemistry with the assistants. The assistants were handing him things, no questions asked, everything was done very smoothly, and I felt no pain whatsoever. Great job on staff training Dr! Overall I left my appointments educated, calm, and happy with the doctors approach, the treatment done to me, and the care I got from the staff. 10/10 recommending Bella Dental to everyone. Side note: look how high-tech and "zen" the office is! Absolutely stunning.

The office required an uncovered desensitizer for fillings and would not do my fillings without it. They also offered Starbucks gift cards for 5-star reviews, which made me realize that a lot of the 5-star reviews posted may not be genuine. I'm going somewhere else.

Service was very nice and polite. Their work is gentle and done seamlessly. I have no complaints to say, nothing but an overall amazing experience and I recommend them to anyone who needs any dental work.
