I had an amazing experience as a new patient. The staff is very friendly. The aesthetics is very nice and welcoming. I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Gibson answered all of my questions and did a great job explaining my upcoming plan of care. I left feeling very confident and pleased with the service that was provided.

I traveled from Beaumont Texas because my daughter encouraged me to. I have been dealing with issues with my teeth for two years and have spent way too much money and I am still not happy. Today was an AWESOME experience, from the time I walked into Bella Smiles I was very impressed. I had my wisdom tooth pulled and for the first time I DID NOT feel pain. Dr. Gibson was absolutely amazing. It was worth the travel. I have my next appointment set up to meet with her and I can finally get my smile back! I give her a 10/10.

My first visit to Bella Smiles was great. I was apprehensive with trying a brand new dentist office but I can say I’m thoroughly pleased. The customer service was excellent from email, to walking in the door, to X-rays and cleaning! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. Tremma was excellent with letting me know when things would get uncomfortable and expediting the process. Dr. Gibson was a treat, she took her time and was very clear with letting me know what to expect moving forward. I’m very satisfied and am actually looking forward to going back, crazy I know! Thank you all, ladies!! Happy Holidays!!

2/11 I’m disappointed with Dr. Gibson’s lack of service. The crowns she did are ill-fitting and she made a change to my front teeth without my consent, which is affecting my bone structure. I’ve emailed her several times, but she hasn’t responded-knowing that I’m in pain. Her solution was a referral, but she hasn’t refunded me the money. As a matter of fact, she wanted to charge me extra for redoing them. She was full of promises at the beginning, but now she’s not taking responsibility. 2/12 I read your response and stand by my statement. I will pick-up the requested documents and want questions answered.
