Very competent and professional. They did the procedure on my 84 year old mom, and treated her with respect, kindness and followed up multiple times. And the procedure was done perfectly with minimal pain.

Dr. Lero and his staff were amazing. They fit me in for an emergency implant, they were all kind and very professional and Dr. Lero played a playlist from the year I graduated high school and through what could have been a terrible experience, made it actually pleasant. I highly reccommend them.

I had a very positive experience at Bellaire Facial, Oral, and Dental Implant Surgery. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, and courtesy throughout my time there. Their commitment to patient care extended well beyond the completion of my surgery, which I greatly appreciated. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful approach taken to manage my medication, ensuring I was neither over-medicated nor rushed during the process. Additionally, the surgeon followed up with a personal phone call to check on my well-being post-surgery. I would rate their service as exceptional and commendable.

All four of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Iero and his staff are war, personable, knowledgeable, and very caring. They are proactive with communication and follow up. Overall, a great experience.

I was referred to Dr. lero by Dr. Cheng, whose work I've experienced and truly trust. With a confident smile, Dr. Cheng said, “You’re going to like him.” That simple statement stuck with me - and he was absolutely right. I felt completely at ease walking into the consultation. I expected a quick overview of the one tooth I needed done, but Dr. lero went far beyond that. He carefully reviewed my images and explained everything going on with my entire facial structure. It was clear he wasn't just treating a tooth - he was looking at the bigger picture. That level of care and insight truly impressed me. On the day of the surgery, I was welcomed with genuine kindness by Dr. lero’s team, who made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Just before the procedure began, Dr. lero put on 80’s music - upbeat, familiar, and unexpectedly calming. It was such a thoughtful touch. His assistant sang along to every song with so much joy that I almost forgot I was having surgery. If I hadn't been mid-procedure, I would’ve happily joined her! And the recovery?
