Not sure if it’s because I’ve been going here for the longest time, Dr Metcalf literally watched me grow up, and every time I’m there I always get treated like I’m one of her children. All the staff are amazing and they even recently started letting me watch Netflix while they work on my teeth! (Although I will never forgive her for pulling four of my molars on HALLOWEEN when I was like 10… lol)

Had a very good experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The office and exam rooms are beautiful and well equipped. The Doc did a thorough exam. The DA did a great job of imaging my teeth. Thank you for showing me the condition of my teeth. The discussion outlining my teeth care was great and easy to understand. Planning on getting my dental work completed here and am confident the work will be topnotch.

I have never had a more positive experience with a dentist's office. My whole family goes here. They are always very friendly, and take the time to make you as comfortable as possible. They always explain what is going on from the simplest cleaning to the more complex procedures. The best part is the honesty that comes from the staff. I know if I need to have a procedure done now, or if we can monitor it for possible action in the future. When the doc gave us the honest skinny on which of my kids actually might need braces and who didn't really except for cosmetic (vanity) reasons, I knew we had a winner. It's not about money, it's about providing quality care. Also- and this doesn't really effect my review rating, they have really cool faucets in their bathrooms. Wash your hands, it's worth the trip. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a mouth.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Bemidji Family Dentistry. From squeezing me in due to an emergency and alleviating my extreme pain to the treatment plan and appointments moving forward. They are all sooooo friendly and professional. There’s a positive energy in the office and they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend.

My family and I have only had great experiences here. Even my 3 and 5 year olds like going to the dentist- and my 3 year old is a hard sell for appointments in general. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and the little extra things they do are so appreciated (the warm neck wrap with aromatherapy is my favorite). The automatic text/email reminders they send are also helpful to keep my calendar accurate. Thanks for everything!
