This goes to show you the deceptive practices them trying to invalidate my concern with them is crazy. I was a patient there I Fillings done one several times I finally found another dental office I was able to get it done without any issues. I’ve had issues with Only one dental hygienist who was extremely rude. Everybody else is OK. They’re billing has always been questionable and now that they switched to not taking Insurance at all Has nothing to do with quality of care it’s about greed. They were always trying to upsell me something that cost thousands of dollars that I genuinely didn’t need. For those that have good experience is great. My experience is my truth and I’m very grateful to have an actual great dental office where everyone from the front to the back is amazing. They’re able to explain billing they’re able to build correctly. I don’t get charged one thing and then it changes after I constantly felt like I was being ripped off and I’m really really glad that I’m no longer with them, and then being combative on a post speaks volumes I have all rights to speak on my experience. A lot of my reviews are positive, but I will speak to the truth for those who want to know The good and the bad

Transformed my confidence with implants. The procedure was quick, gentle, and the team made sure I was comfortable. Natural-looking and strong—best decision ever!

After a full year of treatment with Invisalign, attending every appointment and following all instructions, I was consistently told my progress was on track and that I had about 4 months left to complete the process.
However, 3 weeks later, during a routine appointment, I was abruptly told the treatment was no longer working and that I should find another orthodontist to continue with metal braces. This decision came right after I respectfully expressed that I did not want to be treated by a staff member in training, after experiencing pain due to difficulty handling the intraoral scanner.
The interaction felt rushed and cold. My treatment was discontinued on the spot, a refund of the remaining balance was processed, and I was essentially told to seek care elsewhere, without a clear explanation or transition plan, and left with attachments still on my teeth.
I also requested my medical records to continue treatment with another provider and have not received a response.
While the initial experience was friendly, the way this case was handled shows a concerning lack of professionalism and ethics.
My recommendation: if you are seeking orthodontic treatment, make sure you are treated by experienced professionals in the field.
I expected a much higher standard of care and communication.
Update: I am still awaiting a response to the email I sent 3 weeks ago. I need my medical records and full case information as soon as possible to provide to my new orthodontist, preferably including a written explanation from the doctor outlining the medical or technical reason why the aligner treatment was not progressing as expected.

About Bemiss Dental Care
Bemiss Dental Care, which presents itself online as Bemiss Implant Center, is a general and implant dentistry practice located at 3886 Bemiss Road, Suite C in Valdosta, Georgia. The practice focuses on permanent, natural-looking dental implants and offers solutions for a single missing tooth, several missing teeth in a row, and full arches. Options described on its website include single tooth implants topped with a zirconia crown, implant-supported bridges, implant-supported dentures that stabilize loose dentures, and All-on-X full-mouth dental implants, which use four to six strategically placed implants to support a full arch of prosthetic teeth, with same-day teeth possible in many cases.
The practice uses the Yomi robotic system for robot-assisted implant surgery, which its website says translates a three-dimensional computed tomography scan into a navigation tool to guide implant placement, allows for smaller incisions, and can enable full-arch implant surgery to be completed in one visit. Patients can also learn about anesthesia options, remote anchorage dental implants, implant maintenance, and the cost of dental implants, and the practice offers implant financing options. New patients and referring doctors can schedule a consultation online or by phone.
