I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Benicia Family Dentistry. I’ve been to a few different dentists before, and this has honestly been the best experience I’ve had.
Everyone there is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The office is clean, organized, and just has a really calm vibe. Dr. Feroz took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through anything, which I really appreciated. I felt heard and taken care of the whole time.

Dr. Feroz and her entire team at Benicia Family Dentistry are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and professionalism. The front office staff is welcoming, organized, and makes scheduling so easy.
Dr. Feroz is incredibly gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She never makes you feel rushed and truly cares about her patients’ comfort and understanding. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and genuinely wants the best outcome for every person she treats.
The assistants and hygienists are just as wonderful! patient, attentive, and very skilled. The office is clean, comfortable, and runs efficiently, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free.
Most importantly, my 9 year-old daughter loves coming here! That says everything. The team makes her feel safe, comfortable, and even excited about her appointments which every parent knows is priceless.
If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, Dr. Feroz and her staff are the best choice. Highly

I highly recommend Kim, the dental hygienist who recently cleaned my teeth. She is friendly and very knowledgeable--and has mastered the technique of removing stains even in challenging areas, i.e., lower teeth stabilized by a permanent retaining bar. I value, too, her ability to explain, in understandable terms, the science behind "what is happening to my teeth" and the latest research. Thank you Benicia Family Dentistry.

As someone who has had a long standing fear of the dentist, this office has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure each visit I am comfortable and not nervous. From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out you are greeted by the kindest staff members. They have an awesome team and do a wonderful job to make sure your experience is the best. 10/10 recommend.
