Went in for teeth cleaning and they recommended a $1000+ procedure which the insurance company denied. I was then told they would only do that procedure or nothing else! Denied me even a basic cleaning. I have my teeth cleaned every year and yet they demand a $1000 or no service at all.
Their response to my review is a lie. They never patiently worked with my insurance company. They forgot to submit requested information for over a month until I followed up. They sent it in that day. I never yelled at the receptionist. My voice did go up in shock at your response of all or nothing, but I never was aggressive with your staff as you imply. Avoid this dentist. Plenty of other great dentists in the valley to choose from.

Dr. Benson and his team were all 5 Stars!
Being a retired Dental Hygienist myself, I most certainly appreciated the attention to detail and thorough evaluation during my visit. Front office works hard to get patients in for treatment.

Everyone was so nice, welcoming and efficient. They went above and beyond helping me get all of my dental work done in time before my insurance expired. Dr. Benson was thorough, quick and caring. I have tooth sensitivity and never felt a thing. Will definitely be going back and referring my friends!

Dr Benson and his Staff are Awesome! I have had many dentists in my lifetime ( had awful teeth 40+ years ago, have had a ton of work done) Benson Dental is extremely personable, professional and does high quality work. Love the Staff! Oh, I also am a Grinder, I have to wear a Nightgard or I wouldn't have any teeth left.

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. The entire team and Dr Benson, Angela (who we love) & Yvonne are professional, clean, attentive and kind. When you walk in your greeted by first name and you feel like a family. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. This business is extremely clean and sanitized which is important. The atmosphere is calm and the nice music playing in the waiting area is a nice touch. Our whole family has been coming to Benson Dental since the beginning and the new ownership has put improvements into the office which is nice to see.
