Today was my first time coming here. I had a great experience with Dr. Diaz and his team. I was in severe pain after breaking a tooth, and they were able to fit me in just two hours after I called, which was such a relief. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Diaz made me feel completely comfortable and the extraction was painless. Danielle and Alexis were also amazing. they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. Everyone made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would definitely return if I ever have any more dental issues. Highly recommend!

My son recently had a tooth extraction and implant with Dr. Park, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.
My son has always been very anxious about going to the dentist, but the team went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Park was exceptional professional, patient, and clearly very skilled. The entire process was handled with such care and compassion that it completely changed how my son feels about dental visits.
This was our first time at Bergen Oral, and the level of care we received was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Park and the entire staff to anyone looking for a practice that combines expertise with genuine kindness.

Had a great experience during my wisdom teeth removal at the Hackensack location. Dr. Boulos and Xiara were wonderful during the surgery! I felt comfortable from my consultation all the way through the actual surgical process. Friendly and responsive office staff. Would recommend

Nice office, newer looking than the office building. Well-run appointments, seen promptly and on-time. Spacious, bright, modern examination and treatment rooms. Staff knows what they are doing. Dr. Novelli (MD as well as DMD!) explained everything. Wisdom tooth removal was very fast (extra time added for anesthetic to take effect, of course), then three stiches. Recovery proceeding well, if not yet complete. Left with extra gauze pads and two ice packs. Despite being on a blood-thinner, I had no bleeding after biting the assistant-placed pad for 45 minutes. Payment expected same-day, 3% added for credit cards, no addition for cash, debit card, or check.

I had my first experience with Bergen oral and Dr Park and his team yesterday in an emergency situation. They saw me immediately and instantly made it clear that my comfort and relieving my anxiety was there first and foremost priority. I cannot truly Express what a great experience it was working with Dr Park, Allison, and Crystal. They showed unparalleled kindness and Grace towards me and their transparency and guidance through the experience, even in the moments during their work, always letting me know what was going on and what to expect..... was exceptional! They are true professionals and I highly recommend everyone use them for whatever the situation may be.
