Dr. Buckwalter is simply the best! I’ve had so much dental work in my life I can truly say that I’m an excellent Critic! He has a good bedside manner because he is reassuring and concerned. But even better than that is his technical expertise. In addition, heknows intuitively what will keep you as comfortable as possible while he’s working in very close confines YOUR MOUTH! Then, after surgery, he personally gives you a phone call to find out how you’re doing… That’s not just customer service that’s personal caring about the Individual!

Dr Bookwalter and staff are exceptional (and I’m pretty picky). Caring, organized, practice is extraordinarily clean and efficient. Systems, infrastructure all support a great experience for the patient. My personal outcomes have been exactly on point. Their caring and personal touch with followup calls from the doctor and staff set this practice apart in my mind. Can’t recommend more highly!

I was on the nervous side when I went in. I must say this is the very best office I have ever been too. The whole office was just so nice and they did not treat you less than just because you are scared. Dr rohloff was the greatest dentist I have been to. The assistant that stayed in the room was wonderful also. He made me feel comfortable as well , he even put a blanket over me and that was so comforting, and a big plus was they let my sister come back with me so that really made me feel secure. A big thanks to Berlin Oral Surgery

10/10 experience having my bottom wisdom teeth removed! I had never had any surgery before this and Dr. Bookwalter and his team made sure is was a painless experience. It was quick, easy and woke up pain free. I was given all the proper info to take proper care to make sure there werent any issues and Dr. Bookwalter called me personally later that evening to check up on me to see how I was doing. I HIGHLY recommend them for any oral surgery!

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Dr. Bookwalter and his team for making my wisdom tooth removal at the age of 56 as calm, relaxing and pain free as they did. I was really nervous and the whole team responded in a positive manner and accommodated me according, making it a great experience all in all. They have followed up with me making sure all is going well and reassured me if I have any questions, concerns or problems they would be there to help! What a GREAT Job they did! A+ job and highly recommended organization! Thank You again to the whole Team!
