Super grateful for Dr Shinde. I take oral health very seriously, and I’m cautious about which dentist works on my teeth. One of the biggest things I love about Dr. Shinde is that she’s very detail-oriented, very good at explaining what I should expect, and most importantly, very gentle. Doing my crown with her was a no-brainer, that’s why I keep coming back lol. Shout-out to Jeimi for excellent service at the front desk, making sure I’m on top of my appointments. Also, to Minyana for making my experience fun and chill while working while working with Dr. Shinde.
Location: Clean. Friendly, respectful staff. Highly recommend - especially if you’re Jamaican 🇯🇲

For starters, the place is very clean and smells good. The hygienist and staff are really patient and kind. The Denist is gentle, kind and very knowledgeable. She listen to what you say. Bethlehem Dental Arts has been nothing but excellent to me and my family.

Bethlehem Dental Arts is amazing. Everyone there is very friendly, and everything is extremely clean. I have always had a great experience going here. My teeth look, and feel the best since I started going here as well. I wish I would have found this dentist sooner!

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for quite some time, but recently had a frustrating experience with scheduling. I called to reschedule an appointment, and later received a call asking if I was still coming in. I explained that I had already rescheduled, and the office set a new appointment, but it ended up being scheduled two days earlier than the date I had requested.
On that day, I was stuck in standstill highway traffic and kept the office informed that I might not make it on time. Unfortunately, I was unable to arrive and was charged a $50 cancellation fee. I tried to explain the situation and ask for flexibility since the appointment date wasn’t what I originally selected and the delay was due to traffic, but the fee still applied and I was told I needed to pay it before booking another appointment.
I understand offices have cancellation policies, but I was disappointed there wasn’t more flexibility given the circumstances and the scheduling confusion.

I am so glad I found Dr Rudani's office. I've been looking to do dental implants for years and after the excellent experience for my dental care, he did my implants and I could not be happier with the experience. Every step of the process was explained to me. Dr. Rudani and the staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this office.
