I would highly recommend Big Heart Family Dentistry. Dr. Shank is very precise and meticulous, even choosing the very back molar color for the crown, he took his time and tbh if I didn't know, the crown looks perfect. No issues at all, comfortable the entire time and for the seating, in and out, great dentist. He and his assistant finish each others sentences... : O), exactly what you want in a dentist and their right hand. They have reasonable prices, they deliver, worth every dime. It is a nice office, GREAT STAFF, from calling the first time to check out everyone is friendly, professional, they are an awesome team. Definitely going back, highly recommend Dr. Shank, his best assistant and the entire team at BHFD! Lisa Melby

Dr. Hinkley and his staff deserve far more than five stars. Last Monday, I had my very first tooth extraction. The original plan was a root canal in an effort to preserve the tooth, but my out-of-pocket cost would have been nearly $1,500. After speaking with Dr. Hinkley and reviewing my situation, he thoughtfully recommended extraction as the most affordable and realistic option, truly taking my circumstances into consideration. I have never experienced such genuine, patient-oriented care from a dental office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by name at the front desk—something that meant a lot, especially considering I had only been to the office once before and am still new to the area. I am now one week post-extraction and feel great. My recovery has been smooth, and the procedure itself was quick and painless. Thank you to Big Heart Family Dentistry for your compassion, integrity, and for bringing both relief and true consideration to my health.

I had to have two extractions. I’ve never had a Dr ( Dr. Hinkley) talk me through it and be so gentle as he was. I also ended up with dry socket in one of them and they told me to go in right away. My waiting room time is never long and they’re payment/discount plan for the uninsured is very fair and appreciated. All of the staff is crazy nice!! They must love where they work and what they do!! ❤️

I had a tooth emergency and called Big Heart Family Dentistry—Amber was amazing and got me in the same day! Dr. Hinckley was kind, patient, and let me ask all my questions without any judgment. I felt completely comfortable and safe during my visit. On top of that, the prices were great. Highly recommend!

Dr Hinkley and the staff at Big Heart Family Dentistry are incredible. I have a bit of an anxiety disorder and they are so calming and patient with me. I have never had a better dentist experience. Thank you.
